This specific property was overpriced for the quality of the unit. It definitely needs some updates / rennovations. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. One of the toilets overflowed and created a mess. The unit was clean but needed updating.

Annual family vacation

The A/C in one of the bedrooms was blowing but not cooling. We made several attempts to get something done. Were told, basically, "it gets hot in the daytime, let it cool down." My husband knew better. He went looking. Pulled out the air filter...it was the filthiest thing you've ever seen. Completely clogged up. There were new filters laying right next to the A/C unit. The last date on the filter log was in 2020 and 2021 on both units. Husband switched out both filters and the rooms were immediately cooler. Still, no maintenance person came. The toilet in one room ran the entire time we were there. Reached out to management. Again, nobody came. There was back and forth, "work orders" put in (apparently), but no management ever came. I requested a late departure. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:59 a.m. The elevators were broke the entire time we were there. So we had to carry all our luggage and belongings down three flights of stairs making multiple trips. We checked out at 9:30 (thru no fault of ours). I've requested a discount to be refunded. (I took multiple photographs)
