Absolutely enjoyed the condo overlooking the gulf and beach. Condo is well maintained and area is quiet which allowed us to have a very relaxing vacation. Sitting out on the large balcony watching the sunrises and sunsets was so nice.Kim’s Condos was wonderful to work with. They were very transparent about the construction which wasn’t an issue for us.

We love Long Beach Resort. We’ve started at this resort for 10 years. All units are beach front, and the beach is so roomy, unlike most of the other hotels/condos in PCB. This was a nice unit. The walk-in shower was our favorite feature. It had a huge rainfall style shower head and a hand held sprayer. Loved being on the first floor with easy access to the beach and pools. The kitchen was furnished as I’d expect, although we didn’t really cook during our stay. The appliances were older, but in good working order. There was a good coffee maker with options for single cups with a pod, or an entire pot. I would def start in this unit again. Management was very responsive with the couple of questions/concerns I had.

Lots of small repairs needed or items needed upgraded. Fan in bathroom not operating , lights over stove not working , big holes in screens on both patio doors. Overall the unit was ok but very expensive compared to other rooms that were much nicer that we had stayed in. We have been going to Long Beach Resort for 9 years now. Also there were paint cans, a wet mop and bucket , a wave board , and a huge fold up table left in the bedroom closet. No room on the floor of the closet to put your shoes or anything. Kim was very nice and easy to work with and communication was very good. The upgrades they have done to the buildings and pools and grounds are wonderful. Thank You
