The unit we stayed in at the Watercrest Condominiums was the BEST I've stayed in all my 30 years of traveling. It lacked nothing and exceeded our expectations. The owner was very accessible as well with any questions we had. Will definitely return:)

Beautiful condo with great ocean view from 16th floor. The recessed balcony is good for outside dinning even in windy days. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything needed and thoughtfully arranged. It is clean and quiet. We also liked the interior decor that we felt right at home when moved in. Bayron, the condo owners were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay in 1606 very much and are considering coming back next year.

Wonderful place

This was our first time to stay at the Brinkley’s but definitely won’t be our last. It was clean, we had everything we needed and loved having security on-site. We never had to wait for an elevator and the beach was gorgeous. By far the best condo we have stayed in.

Great condo

Don't let the 16th floor scare you! Amazing views from the 16th floor. I've never rented that high but this was a new experience. Condo is extremely new. Owners are wonderful. The fact that it came with beach chairs made it so much easier for us. I wish I can give it a 10 stars. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect place to stay

Beautiful condo, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The umbrellas and beach chairs included with the rental were an added bonus. Very comfortable beds. Large well stocked bathrooms. Large, private balcony with a great view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay in 1606 so much, we have already booked it again for a fall visit. The condo owners were a pleasure to work with.
