About the Space
The Toasted Coconut is nestled perfectly along 30a, just .3 miles (a 5 minute walk!) from the white sandy beach and is a short 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and an 11 minute drive to Pier Park. This family-friendly home is equipped with everything you could need to enjoy all that 30A/PCB has to offer. Escape to our coastal oasis and find everything you need for your beach getaway!

This modern beach cottage offers fun design, family friendly amenities, an outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and much more. It’s an amazing spot for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends. The home is equipped with gigabit-speed internet, allowing you to work remotely and stream from all three TVs if needed.

The backyard is a private oasis with a hot tub, lounge seating, lawn games, and fire pit. This area is perfect to enjoy warm evenings and unwind while enjoying a drink by the hot tub or reading a book by the fire. There is a propane grill on the patio and lawn games such as connect four available for all guests in the backyard.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay at the cottage. Equipped with all major appliances and kitchen necessities, you’ll easily be able to keep things easy for a day at the beach. Use the crockpot, air fryer, griddle, and full non-toxic pot and pans set for all your cooking needs. The kitchen is open, so you can enjoy cooking and being a part of the group between the living room, pool table and dining area all at the same time. The island has 5 barstool seats and sits right beside the dining area with seats for 6.

The living room provides 2 sofas and an accent chair for ample seating for guests to relax after a long day at the beach. The smart TV can be seen from the couch, dining room, and kitchen, so the whole group can stream their favorite shows and movies. 

The master bedroom has a king bed with a dedicated workspace and private full bathroom. The bedroom has a 55" Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows at the end of the day and darkening curtains. This bedroom has a full length mirror and dresser. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanity and a very large walk in closet to unpack your luggage for a relaxed stay. This space would also easily fit a pack n play (provided by us), should you need it for any little ones.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and blackout shades, ensuring restful sleep on your getaway. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom for streaming. The bedroom includes a full-length mirror and a closet with a small dresser.

The third bedroom is made for FUN. You’ll find two full-over-full bunks (500 pound capacity on top AND bottom), suitable for adults and kids of any age. You’ll love reading a book in the swing chair. If you have young ones in tow, they’ll love the toys and books we have ready for them. This room also has a full-length mirror, white noise machine, and closet.

Guest rooms two and three share a full bathroom equipped with a shower/bath combo.
There is a washer and dryer for guests to use at their leisure off the main hallway, with wall hooks to hang swimsuits and beach towels.

In the garage room, you’ll find a full-size ping pong table, perfect for an evening at home. The rest of the garage room is fully loaded with all the beach essentials you’ll need: two beach umbrellas with heavy duty anchors, kids sand toys, boogie board, beach wagon, beach towels, beach blanket, ocean floats, and more. The garage also houses two bicycles, helmets, and bike lock that are provided for guests.
The house has two free parking spots in the driveway.
The Toasted Coconut is great for adult friends and/or families. We pride ourselves on being family friendly and have equipped the house with tons of amenities to make your stay easier. We have a booster high chair, playpen, white noise machine, stroller, kid dishware, and blackout curtains.
