Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

The Pointe on 30A is easily identified and close to US Highway 98. Look for the Owner's vintage truck parked adjacent to the complex. The Pointe on 30A Resort offers everything you'll need, with retail, dining, and entertainment. Rosemary Beach is an amazing location for your next vacation. Within this area you are close to Aly's Beach, Seacrest and Inlet Beach. Each area provides its own atmosphere and so we encourage you to explore them all!

The Pointe on 30A Resort Area: Guests are going to love the stunning location of The Pointe! Because this resort is situated along the Emerald Coast, The Pointe offers breathtaking views. The quaint beach community overlooks (and is just steps away from) the turquoise water and sugar-white sandy coastline of South Walton. Hop on a beach cruiser to explore popular Rosemary Beach and take advantage of 30A's 19-mile bike path that takes you along the coast. If walking is more your speed, take a stroll to the nearby restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.

The Pointe spoils its guests with luxurious accommodations! This condo complex boasts of a fantastic rooftop bar with impressive panoramic gulf views, which makes it a spectacular place to gaze during sunset. Here you can sip beer or wine on comfortable lounge furniture nestled up next to a fire pit (and maybe catch the game's latest score on one of the flat-screen TVs).

Aiming to stay in shape on vacation? The Pointe offers its guests a state-of-the-art fitness center! You'll have access to a Peloton Bike, Mirror Virtual Trainer, free weights, cardo equipment with flat-screen TVs, and spa towels to cool down after a terrific workout.

If you need a break from the sun, The Pointe has got you covered, literally! Unwind in La Cava Lounge, a covered outdoor retreat space, outfitted with flat-screen TVs, lounge furniture, and ambient music. Read a book, catch some ZZ's, or watch a game!

For a fee, guests should have access to beach chair and umbrella service. Packed everything but the kitchen sink? No worries! You'll find complimentary luggage carts on floor one of the building.

Pool Access and Outdoor Showers: The Pointe offers guests an award-winning resort-style pool with custom cabanas and 4 stainless-steel BBQ grills. The pool deck is conveniently located at the center of the property (between buildings 2 and 3). Guests can gain access through the lobby or using the gate at the north end of the property. Here you will also find a hot tub, tanning deck, lounge areas, fire pits, and onsite dining (breakfast and lunch). Lined with palm trees and natural vegetation, it's the perfect setting to relax and decompress, day or evening! For guest use and convenience, outdoor showers are located near units 311 and 316.

Our pool is heated from November 1st until March 31st. Starting 4/1/24, the pool is not heated. Please note that inclement weather (lightning within 5 miles) may lead security to block access to the pool deck.

Beach Access: Guests can access the beautiful and enticing beaches of 30A at Orange Street, Wall Street, and Winston Lane. The Inlet Beach access points are closest to you. After a long day in the sun, relax in your living room with a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings, or head to one of the two bedrooms for peace and quiet.
Featuring two suites and two patios, this stellar condo provides all guests with a high-end experience. The primary master features a king bed, comfortable bedding, flat screen TV, and en suite with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaker tub. With modern fixtures and high-end tile, you'll feel like you're at the spa each time you enter! This beautiful space also features a peak-through window in the bathroom, an office area, and private patio access that provides natural light and the perfect spot to start or end any day on the Emerald Coast. The junior master features much of the same and offers a queen bed, comfortable bedding, flat screen TV, and a suite bath with dual vanity and oversized walk-in shower with the same gorgeous tile work. For additional guests, use the sleeper sofa in the living area and set the scene for the perfect Gulf getaway!

Large walk out patio and close proximity to the pool. Join other sun-kissed vacationers at the Pointe roof top Bar, Big Bad Breakfast or lounge by the pool or hot tub!

Parking:

Parking passes are necessary at The Pointe. You will find a parking pass in your unit upon arrival. Please return to your car immediately and place this pass visibly in your car.

Driving a Tesla? Rest easy: guests at this resort will have access to Tesla charging stations! Guests may keep a golf cart on the premises; however, it cannot stay plugged into the building's outlet for extended periods of time.

Other details to note:

Wristbands must be worn on property if guests wish to access certain areas (including, but not limited to, the pool deck). Wristbands will be in your unit upon arrival.

Trash rooms are located on each floor to the left of the elevators.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
