The unit number for this condo is W302. If this is booked, please try VRBO Listing No. 471136(Unit Number W303). Free (3/15-10/15) Two Lounge Chairs and Umbrella ($50 value a day), WiFi, and HBO. Electronic lock: There is no need to carry a key and no worry about someone else having a copy of the key. The unit has new granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets, vanities, appliances, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.

Beautiful views of the white sugar sand beach and crystal-clear water. Sixty feet long eight feet high glass wall from floor to ceiling along the beach. Sliding glass doors are in bedrooms and living room. All rooms including the dining room are the beach and the ocean front.

Large bedrooms with private baths and walk-in closets. Master bath has two sinks. This condo is large and very well equipped to accommodate 7 people. The Master has a king bed and the second bedroom has two queens, and roll out bed.

Each room has a floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall view of the gulf, and it feels close to the beach from this third-floor condo. Watch the beautiful sunsets and relax with your favorite drink on the balcony.

This is a low-density condo that has only 32 units each building; A total of 64 units! No waiting for elevators. Two parking spaces for each unit are located under the building on the main floor. This is a very nice vacation spot located on the west end of Panama City Beach, yet conveniently located close to all types of dining, shopping, family amusements, and activities at the brand-new Pier Park complex! You're close to upscale and casual dining as well as within walking distance to a grocery store, shops, casual and fine dining restaurants, and the new Panama City Beach Pier.

The Good: Ideal location for a quiet relaxing stay. The low density of the condo building equated to an almost-private beach. The condo room was BIG and in great shape with lots of windows and views of the beach, great water pressure in the showers, and a frig/freezer that makes ice. Having access to a first-floor community restroom adjacent to the pool and beach was nice. The drip coffee maker worked every morning! The OK: The A/C would only go down to 70* so if you like it really cold at night, you might want to bring a box fan or find somewhere else. There were ceiling fans in every room and 70* was fine for us once we got sunburned though. The property is conveniently located across from a grocery store but that store had signs it is closing soon. The property is starting to show its age. The condo owners are doing a good job keeping up the condo and the price is reflected in its age. I was very happy with the price:quality relationship. The Bad: The condo property's West elevator was out of order for 3 of 4 days I was there. The listing said beach chairs and an umbrella were provided but I got kicked out of the chairs by the beach crew who said the chairs are only free from March 15 on (missed it by one week). The dryer works but it doesn't get very hot so it takes a while to dry towels.

Upon entry, the first thing you see is a dirty looking rug. There are dirty rugs throughout the condo. Get rid of the rugs, it gives out the wrong impression. Otherwise, the condo was clean. Everything in the kitchen worked, no problems there. The air in guest bedroom didn't work well, the ceiling fan didn't work, that is the reason for the box fan. The mattresses were OK, foam. I liked the beach chairs. The furniture was old, but comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and I will say that it does need some updating. When you first walk in the rug that is in the entryway is pretty nasty. The door to the laundry room came off track every time you opened it and shut it. There’s definitely not enough towels and washcloths in the unit. I believe there were four towels and two washcloths. The view was absolutely perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and let us check in a few hours early. You are expected to do the dishes and put them away and all the towels and fold them and put them away before you check out which I’ve never heard of that. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. I liked how the unit came with two beach chairs and there’s also chairs and coolers that you can use. There is also beach toys and board for the little ones too use at the beach. I’m not complaining at all because it was a good location, stunning views and everything was clean and nice furniture.

overall great week - but this place needs work

So overall - we had a great vacation. In my opinion - this unit needs work. There was peeling & cracking paint in the master bath, lots of old caulk lines that had cracked & separated from wall or trim & had not been repaired, holes in linens & other instances of cheap "bandaid" fixes on wear & tear issues that just took away from the quality of the unit. Had the pricing been cheaper, I wouldn't even mention these things b/c you expect that - but we paid over 2k for the week & in my experience, this unit was just pretty run down for that price. Also - during the week of our stay the building was being power-washed - seemingly one floor each day. The issue was that all that water flowed down the steps & brought with it standing water, small & large paint chips, dirt & junk & no one picked this up. Never - for the entire week, just a sloshy, dirty mess. Also all the mats in the elevator waiting areas were not picked up prior to spraying water for hours on end, so they were soaked & stinky & just super gross. This is a complex with 2 buildings & the building to our left was being gutted on the bottom two floors so plastic everywhere & just looked abandoned & not 100%, again, took away from the overall quality & just felt run down. Good things - this is beach front - so awesome views - the length of the entire unit ! Great size - 2 bed 2 bath double master. Also - owner was easy to work with & the touch button entry was super convenient. Just needs some TLC

Quick Trip to PCB

My husband and I decided on a quick trip to PCB. We booked our stay the night before our trip and the owners responded to our reservation within an hour. Communication was very clear and the condo was exactly as expected, very clean and ready to go. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Best Wedding Vacation Trip Ever!!!

We came down for my daughter’s wedding held here at the Sea Chase on the beach and it was so beautiful! We stayed in W302 and everything was awesome from the get go! I can’t thank you enough Mr Sulu and your Wife for this wonderful and peaceful and amazing condo! You answered every time I called or replied to my texts and I really appreciated that!! Everything was clean and organized, and it was just perfect! Only one request I have for our next time here is if you would put a couple of barstool beach chairs or a lounge chair on the balcony, 😊but it was still an absolute gorgeous view and we had such a great time! It was quiet, easy access from parking to elevator to our condo! I had a MaryKay party in the huge dining room while it stormed but it didn’t bring us down! This was the BEST vacation I’ve had in a very long time! I will recommend this condominium to everyone I know and we will definitely be back!! Bless you and keep you!!
