- Private parking for up to 2 cars in tandem in the front red-colored driveway, depending on the size of your vehicles. No garage parking.
- All cars must be parked in driveways, out of any public right of way or lawn areas. Due to complaints, the City of Panama City Beach has started to enforce local ordinances to stop illegal street parking and overcrowded parking conditions throughout the city. Fortunately, the city offers 3 overnight paid parking lots you can use during your stay.

* QUIET HOURS: This home is part of a duplex. Guests shall observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. CST to 8 A.M. CST.

* WEATHER CONDITIONS: NO refunds will be given for canceled bookings due to weather conditions. Please plan accordingly and purchase traveler's insurance, as necessary.

* CAPACITY: Base rates cover the first 2 guests, including children and day visitors. Add $15/person/night per extra person up to 5 guests. Guests above the max capacity will be charged $100/person/night.

* KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED: It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause the HVAC system to freeze over and cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks with condensation build-up. We would hate to have to charge you for these damages.

* BUGS: Florida is a tropical state with many large flying bugs & beetles, especially the Palmetto Bug (a.k.a. the American Cockroach). Although MIGHTY LITTLE BEACH is maintained monthly by a professional pest control service, you may still encounter these critters during your stay with us. But please do not be alarmed; it's completely normal. Always keep all external doors closed to minimize your exposure (and keep the air-conditioning inside) to these bugs.

* PETS ALLOWED: Up to 1 non-aggressive breed dog only. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, be sure to contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay's pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to agree and accept our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.

* CLEANING: $95 per stay.

* SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES: A refundable $300 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee of $55 per stay and a $95 cleaning fee are also charged at booking.

* EXTRA NOTES
- Signed Rental Agreement and a Copy of Gov't-Issued ID Required within 24 Hours After Booking.
- IDs are required for anyone listed on your reservation, platform account, and/or payment source.
- The person booking this home must be 25+ years old and present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations are allowed.
