Extra Large end unit with two bedrooms, balcony for master bedroom, and ceiling fans in each bedroom.
Master bedroom has has a king-size bed, TV in armoire, and walk-in closet. Master bath has been renovated recently.
Second bedroom has two queen-sized beds with a good-sized closet.
2 bathrooms - one in master suite, and one off the second bedroom, with additional access from hallway to second bathroom.
kitchen area is large and has been completely renovated with new stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a large storage unit in kitchen. There are plenty of dishes (approx a setting for 12+) as well cutlery for 12. There are plenty of pots, pans, and fry-pans. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three.
Dining room has seating for six
Living room has queen-size sofa bed, loveseat and small Lazyboy style chair with footstool. A 52" flat-screen TV.
Balcony has patio table with 4 chairs, and a lounge chair.
The small balcony off the second bedroom has a small table with two plastic chairs.
Owner are here every winter, so unit is maintained and updated as needed.
Unit is on the first floor, at top of stairs, as to avoid using elevator.
Unit has private parking spot below unit.
Telephone in unit.

There are two pools in front of unit, one of which is heated year around.
There is a tennis court and 4 Pickleball courts.
Easy access to the beach. Exercise room in E building for guest use.
Gated community with 15-1/2 acres, with lots walking area.

You get what you pay for!

This was the best priced Condo we could find for 4 adults and 4 kids. But like I said you get what you pay for. This condo stays very hot, the last night we were there the temperature was 82 degrees. I called the manager at 4:55pm when we finally made it back and she said they close at 5 and nothing could be done. It would have been nice to know that it's pointless to call management close to or after 5. The beds are so hard it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The bathrooms definitely need a deep cleaning. The sheets had hair in them and I stripped all of them to wash the first night. The only thing that made this condo worth it is the location!

Nice property but....

This property was truly beautiful but unfortunately due to the spotty communication with the owner and the property management as well as unsecured payment options (this was the first property that I wasn't able to make payments thru VRBO. Instead you have to either mail a check [who actually still trusts USPS?!] or fax them your credit card info which could easily be used by anyone) I won't be booking with this property or anyone under their management again.

Very relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time. The unit could use some updating but otherwise was great. The only issue we had was the construction in a unit close to us. When we came in from the beach around 3:00 there was a constant tapping. Otherwise I would recommend it to friends and would consider coming next spring

Clean but dusty

Everything was great and the location was good. However, the apartment needs to be updated, and although it was clean there was too much dust! I’m super allergic to dust and having to be sneezing, with itchy throat and eyes during my vacation was not pleasant. Maybe taking out the faux tree in the second room, cleaning the fans blades and lamp shades could help with the dust.

Nice unit with a wonderful view

We had a great stay at Dunes of Panama. The unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It could use a little upgrade, but overall it was great for my family and I. Getting in contact with management is very easy and they are so kind and helpful. The location of the condo is perfect and the covered parking right under the unit is a big plus. The view of the beach and pools from the unit is wonderful. Quiet end of Thomas drive and the beach is not overcrowded. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

Awesome getaway for my birthday

A wonderful last minute trip for the 2 of us! Everything is what is listed plus more. Only issue: when you enter the condo a musty smell and we could not find an iron. But that is it!!

good for the money

The condo was exactly as described online . The property is definitely dated, but good value for the money . The quieter end of Panama City is my preference any day. It’s not our first stay at the dunes and hopefully not our last.
