This cozy carriage house features two separate sleeping areas, perfect for a small family. The main level provides a private nook with a queen bed (closed off by a curtain), a calm, comfortable living and dining area as well as a small kitchen with mini fridge and microwave(no stove, oven or freezer). Follow the spiral staircase to an open loft which offers two twin beds.

Not only will you experience a Gulf glimpse from the private balcony, but you will also be steps from a beach access and children's park. With the popular Coquina Pool nearby and Town Center just a stroll away, you and your family will be able to experience all that Rosemary Beach has to offer.

Great location, home needs updating. Not functional.

Great location. But the house itself is not what we expect from RMB. The bed was so hard. It felt run down/dirty/in need of a face lift. The bathroom is tiny. No cook top. No closet...like not one! Just not a functional space IMO.

Great location, cool space

Easy check in and check out. The location is perfect for the beach as it just steps from the Walkover A access point. Clean, modern bungalow with a great view of the ocean from the breakfast area and the small deck. Would definitely stay here again.

We love Rosemary Beach

We arrived from Colorado for wedding festivities in Alys Beach. The entire weekend was fabulous however, we didn’t have electricity in most of our unit (including tv) for about 24 hours. We had two electricians in our very tiny place for most of the first full day there. We also had an alarm going off intermittently on the refrigerator for about 24 hours. The elections were great but it was a big job and a bit disrupting! I feel like I should be compensated for this issue in some way. I left 2 messages with our host but only got responses from property mgr. what do you think?

Great small family place

This was the third time my husband and I have stayed in this carriage house, and I have already booked it again for our next beach vacation. It is great for us cause of the location is super close to the boardwalk that has the ramp to the beach, which is great for our beach wagon filled with our two girls and their things. Also, there is a playground super close as well. The view of the beach is through a narrow spot between two houses, but it’s great for us. The balcony is open up to the view, so we can sit outside and listen and watch the ocean. When you have small children, this is great cause when they nap, you can at least hear and see the ocean. That is a plus. The refrigerator is on the small side, but we have made it work.

Mini-Bungalow

We had a great vacation. The mini-bungalow is decorated nice, it is very clean, and thanks to the high ceilings feels a little bigger than the pictures. It was probably a little too small for our family of 4 but our daughters are 21 & 19. We’re just not used to sharing a bathroom with them anymore. For a family of 4 with younger kids, it would be totally fine. Be prepared that there is only a mini fridge. The location to the beach is awesome. We love Rosemary Beach and the community, if you haven’t been before be aware that parking can be an obstacle if you do not have a garage space. Thanks for a great home away from home!

30A Vaca

This property was so cute and comfortable. I loved how there were a few kids games and books upstairs for my son and extra blankets downstairs in case we got chilly. The place was spacious for the two of us and was within less than a block of the playground. Great location and the ocean view from the dining room table was such a joy to wake up and see. I would definitely rent this place for us again!
