Place was spectacular. Layout was great, clean and within walking distance to the beach. The third floor has big windows that provide lots of sun for the morning and great views for sunsets. I highly recommend this place. Brought my 83 year mother, so the elevator was a big bonus.

Overall, we loved the house! It is very beachy! Beds were comfortable, bikes were great! Pool was awesome, proximity to the house! Beach access will improve once the construction is finished on the east side. We rode the bikes everyday and drove our jeep over to the beach access with our chairs and cooler.

The amount of space fore our family was great. Elevator was great for husband who can’t do a lot of steps. Although it did stop between floors on the last day. outside could be a little more tidy. Laundry and mud area was great!

Lovely house next to a lovely beach!

We booked this house last minute to evacuate during the hurricane in tampa and it turned out to be the perface safe space to land! The house was very clean, the property management was very responsive and helped with everything we needed! The location is perfect if you want ti be bear a nice quiet beach! Would definitely stay again!

Nice area

This is located is a nice, quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach. The decks are great for hanging out. Modern kitchen. We enjoyed the house and would have no issues booking it again.

Amazing view in construction zone

The home is beautiful - each room furnished as pictured with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The layout of the home is ideal for two families with the multiple levels and the convenience of the elevator and multiple living rooms. The reason for the less than stellar rating is due to a couple of things some within the control of the property management/ owners & others unfortunately not - we were emailed the code to check in mid day on our checkin day so we moved in at 1pm (checkin time that’s posted is 4pm) after we moved in we were told that the place wasn’t ready. Everything looked pristine and clean so we communicated to mgmt all was fine. Then we drank the water and started a shower - rotten egg smell permeated the house. Maintenance came out next day and flushed the water heater which took several hours. The smell was better but that stench lingered everytime water was on the three weeks we were there. We were told we moved in “early” they didn’t have time to properly prepare the home. The renters next door coincidentally had same issue and moved out. The water heater needs attention. The major issue that is not in the control of the property is the neighborhood- daily construction. Earth movers literally shook the house when they’re demolishing the home next door and clearing the land. Chain saws and construction noise starts daily at 7am with a variety of trade workers coming and going at all hours of the day. A major plus for home is it’s walking distance to ocean
