Get away and relax with family and friends in this beautiful, high-end, Carillon Beach home with all new furnishing including Pottery Barn furniture, upgrades, and under new management. "No Worries" is a well-appointed 3 story home with adjacent guest house, private pool, and numerous outdoor space options. The home and cottage together offer 8 BR and 5.5 baths, comfortably accommodating 18 guests. King master suites are offered on both first and second floor of the main house. The private pool is situated between the primary home and the guest house. While accommodating 18 guests, "No Worries" features open concept living. Enjoy your time with friends and family on either the front or back screened porch, relax on the swing or sunbathe privately on the upper porches, lounge and dine by the pool, gather around the fire pit on the back patio, or relax on the hammock with no neighbors behind you. This fantastic home has something for everyone!

Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily March 1 - Oct 31.

No Worries is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $42.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30. Pets considered on request.

The perfect girls trip getaway!

My friends, sister, cousins and I rented this property for my bachelorette end of February and this was our first time visiting this part of Florida. We were BLOWN AWAY! The property was absolutely stunning, so clean and so close to all of the restaurants and shops we wanted to go to. I was looking for the perfect, relaxing, low key place to go for my bachelorette and this 100% was it! I already want to go back and my friends and I definitely would rent again! The host was extremely accommodating and very easy to communicate with via text. We have zero complaints and truly had the most incredible time!

The property was clean and very comfortable. The guest house was a nice extra space to have. Great location. We rented a golf cart and drove it to dune Walkover 1 for time at the beach. The two loungers with an umbrella that come with the rental were a plus. It was especially nice to have dishes for young children. The place was nicely decorated. The rental agency provided excellent customer service. The kitchen is well equipped. We utilized the gas grill several times as we ate in most nights. Carillon Beach is a very nice, quiet community. Homes are close together but it was very quiet in the evenings. Everything is very well maintained. We went up to the ice cream place a couple times. Highly recommend this place!!!

No Worries is indeed no worries!

No Worries is a beautiful home in a very pretty neighborhood. Our stay in No Worries has spoiled us. No other neighborhoods or homes will do. I would like to thank Karen Sandels, the property manager for her professionalism and lovely personality. This is our third time staying in No Worries. This however is the first time under the new owners. We loved the house before but the new changes in the home are spectacular. The owners and Karen have thought of everything. Well stocked supplies for all the rooms. The decorating of No Worries is beautiful. The owners have added patio furniture to all the porches, screened in the front porch, added table and chairs on the deck by the pool, which was wonderful for the children. Swim and eat outside to keep wet bathing suits outside!! The main house is elegant and the carriage house is cozy and also decorated nicely. I could go on forever. We had a wonderful week and hope to be back next year. Thank you again Karen for the easy and wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve vacationed in Carillon for about 5 years now and No worries was the best equipped! It had everything you would need and more! The check in was great and the management was top notch! The house was clean and had plenty of room for 17 of us. Everyone loved the beds also, we didn’t want to leave!

Amazing Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house looks just like the pictures, and has all the amenities too. The kitchen is well stocked and our grandchildren had lots of fun playing on the 3rd floor. The pickle ball courts, pool and playground are just a short walk away. Beach is close and we rented golf carts to help get things to the beach and ride around in the evening. Loved the square where we picked up pizza, got ice cream and toys. Did a pick up order at Publix when we arrived which made everything easy. Karen is the best! She answered questions right away and was so helpful. Can’t wait to plan our next trip back to Carillon!

The furniture and decor was from Pottery Barn and seemed brand new. We will go back for sure.
