“On the Sands” is an upscale, beautifully decorated, and newly furnished GULF FRONT Home, it offers you the space and amenities you need to enjoy the World's Most Beautiful Emerald Coastal Beaches.
Make your magical memories at our luxury three level beach paradise. Guests will be able to spread out and enjoy in our 2-gulf front living room area with spacious sectionals and gulf facing decks on 2 levels.
The layout includes: Ground floor has King Bedroom with ensuite bath, spacious living room with sectional with queen mattress, and twin bunk beds. This living room with its own half bath is a private hang out for children, teenagers and young adults with plenty of board games, puzzles and beach toys. Step out of the living area onto lower-level deck breath taking views of the gulf with entrance to the sands is furnished with comfortable seating and storage bin with needed beach toys, and chairs.
Fully stocked kitchen, dining area and the living room with a sectional and full bed have an amazing ocean view. Laundry and a powder room are on this level as well. Step out of the living area onto upper-level deck to an amazing gulf view.
Second floor has the master bedroom with beautiful gulf view, ensuite bath, mini bar area. Bedrooms 2&3 share a bathroom and are on this level as well. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen Roku TV's. Entire unit has been newly renovated and furnished.
Private and secluded with palm trees, you begin to feel like you are on your own private island, and gulf frontage make this home priceless and unusual. If you are looking for a wonderful home on an expansive stretch of beautiful beach, this is the home for you and your family.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 
Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle are available on site.

House was clean and very spacious. The property hosts were very nice and even let us check in about an hour early as we were ahead of schedule driving in. Only issue was the lack of adequate cleaning supplies or toiletries. I seem to remember only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, which we ran through in one day with our bigger group. We also completely ran out of kitchen cleaning supplies (paper towels, soap, detergent, trash bags) pretty quickly. The main deck area was very nice and so comfortable to hang out on, but the bottom deck seemed a little dirty and run down at check in, although not a big deal. Path to the beach is very overgrown but still walkable, never saw anything that one might cut their foot on. There's a family of kitties that live within the grassy dunes, so that was fun to watch them run around from the deck. Overall, we had a wonderful week and loved the location.

July 4 vacation

Communication and location are outstanding. My family and I spent the 4th of July holiday at this townhouse. The place is a bit dated but is spacious and served our needs.Beach is a few steps away and grocer store is walking distance as well.I recommend this townhouse for larger groups and families.

The unit was pretty much as described. One bed appeared to have been slept in and not changed (luckily we didn't need it). Everything else about the unit was pretty good. ECDI check-in was the worst. Never heard from them until after noon of our check-in date. Otherwise had a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is perfectly sized and has a great layout for bigger groups. Great beach location. Recommend cleaning living room sofa or replacing as well as the rug. Recommend a dehumidifier for moisture. Other than these two issues we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect. A grocery store is literally right across the street. There was 13 of us that were able to vacation together this year. It's accommodated is well. We've always stayed in condos

Spring break trip

The process renting this property was fantastic. We had an excellent experience and the property was beautiful. The house was clean and everything was easy to find. Most of all the location was amazing and close proximity to the pier and the beach. Would 100% book this place again.

Ocean Views!

Great ocean views. The house was clean, had plenty of towels and lots of room. It was nice that there was hand soap by the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The parking spot is tight for two cars. Over all a wonderful place to stay.

Family thanksgiving vacation

Overall it was a very nice stay everyone had a wonderful time and plenty of room. Some things in the house need to be updated and the downstairs needs the trees trimmed up because you really couldn’t use the covered patio downstairs and there needs stairs access from the second floor not where people sleep.

Lovely Beach Front

This was my first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous. The property was exceptional. Location was perfect for our family we had plenty of room. I would stay at this location again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a great place!!!
