✔ To ensure a smooth and secure stay, guests are required to complete the 30A Escapes Rental Agreement after booking. This agreement outlines important house rules and helps us provide the best experience possible. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link via the booking platform to sign the agreement. After it is completed, we will send your official booking confirmation email with all the details you need. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us directly – we are always happy to help!
✔ Travel insurance is NOT included in your quote. It can be purchased upon booking, added to your reservation by the final payment date, or obtained independently.
✔ We do NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard ONLY)
✔ This property has 2 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
✔ LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
✔ This unit accommodates a maximum of 2 people. Additional overnight guests require prior approval from the property manager. An extra fee will apply for reservations exceeding the occupancy limit.
✔ The garage is shared with the main house and one parking space is available for Pappas Carriage. Additional street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. A parking pass is required for street parking and two are provided.
✔ The main house (Pappas Cottage) is also available to rent. Please contact 30A Escapes for more information and pricing.
✔ There is currently active construction across the green from the property.
