Family friendly beach house right across the street from the beach . Spacious enough for 2 or 3 families with children. Sleeps 19 with a sleeper sofa.
The house was fully renovated top to bottom in late 2019! All the rooms were updated!
Right across the street from a private GATED sugar sandy beach. Easy getting back and forth to the house. Gate access preserves the beach for residents of the neighborhood. Itâs never crowded.
The house has a spacious grassy lawn surrounded by tall palm trees, perfect for volleyball, lawn games, or lounging, especially nice for watching the sunsets over the Gulf. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys you are free to use. We just ask you bring everything back from the beach at the end of the day.
The one story house provides easy access,
wheelchair friendly. It has a Primary Suite, 2 large bedrooms that sleep 6 each, and a private guest suite for 3 more with a private bathroom. Cable and wireless internet throughout.
The Master has a queen bed with private bathroom. Two large bedrooms have 2 twin XL beds over queen beds, perfect for young families to share a room together. A Jack and Jill bathroom is shared by these 2 bedrooms. The separate guest suite has a twin XL bed over queen bed with an en suite bathroom. This guest suite casita is across a covered walkway from the main house for total privacy.
The large dining table seats 10 comfortably. The screened front porch has Adirondack chairs, perfect for watching spectacular sunsets over the gulf.
The location has easy access to the beach, the ECP airport, 30A, Pier Park and mall shopping, restaurants, Frank Brown Park and swimming pool, and several 18 and 9 hole golf courses.
Rosemary Beach on 30A, has elegant shops, restaurants, and picturesque architecture is 5 miles to the west. Pier Park Mall with its great restaurants, shopping, cinema and amusement park is 5 miles to the east. A public access Frank Brown swimming pool and water park is 5 miles east. Conservation Park with beautifully serene walking and elevated wood bike paths is 4 miles to the north.
Nearby golf courses include Camp Creek Golf Club, Shark's Tooth, Bay Point, Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club, the Hombre, and Burnt Pine. Golfers will love this paradise!
