Included with each rental is our brand-new 6-passenger golf cart - making it a breeze to get across to the HUB and down to the beach.

The open floor plan and tall ceilings give a bright, breezy feel to the spacious great room. The living space is well-defined by a cozy area rug sitting atop warm wood floors. This forms a conversation area around a plush sofa and two armchairs. You’ll love hanging out here together, with a cold drink and an afternoon snack, talking about your day at the beach and your plans for an exciting evening out!
Staying in for the night? Take advantage of the wall-mounted HDTV to stream a favorite show or catch the latest movie.

A separate table for two is perfect for a quiet conversation or intimate breakfast.
The stunning fully-equipped kitchen is a gourmet’s dream! Your family chef will want to set right to work, creating both mouth-watering aromas and culinary masterpieces with stainless steel appliances (including a centerpiece vent hood) and a full complement of kitchen supplies. Other features here include gorgeous granite counters and a uniquely beautiful gray subway tile backsplash. The center island is plenty big enough to recruit a sous chef or two and performs convenient double duty with dining space for 3. The adjacent dining table is a sophisticated treat, with a regal solid-surface tabletop and tasteful seagrass chairs, all sitting under an eclectic chandelier. You’ll love sharing meals together here.

The primary guest suite is decorated in the subtle shades of the sea and sand and offers a king-size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, a full-length mirror, wall-mounted TV, and plenty of storage space for all your belongings. The ensuite bath features double vanities and an oversized, tiled walk-in shower.
The first guest room offers a queen-size bed, nightstand and lamp, dresser, and ceiling fan. The second guest room also offers a queen-size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. These two guest rooms share a full hall bath, with a tiled tub/shower. An additional half-bath is conveniently located on the first level.

The location of this property is great. its two houses away from the pool and very close to the front entrance of the neighborhood. the property was very clean, well laid out and spacious. we have stayed in Prominence many times as its our favorite location on 30a. its away from the crowds yet close to everything. I do wish this property provided bikes. we had to rent those and they are very . While not listed the house DOES have a regular drip coffee maker, beach chairs, a few beach towels, games, beach toys and a cart which were all so helpful and appreciated. I would suggest bringing your own pillow (the ones provided are so flat). more pans are needed in the kitchen-we only had one. overall the house is so cute, well decorated and perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. Great proximity to the pool, the golf cart was a fun perk! The house was very clean, but the garage smelled terrible and made it miserable to be in the garage due to a dead crab we found in the leftover beach toys. I suggest the beach toys be cleaned, as well as the large trash bins.

Overall the house / neighborhood is amazing. It’s VERY clean / adorable & is a quick golf cart ride to the beach. We loved that The Big Chill was across the street and there was a grocery store within close proximity. The only thing I would relay to future guest, is you only get a starter kit ( 1 roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, 1 additional trash bag & 2 load of laundry detergent, etc. So, make sure you are aware of that prior to your stay. Having to purchase these items weren’t originally budgeted on my end, but after our stay I did notice the host had emailed me with this information and I missed the communication. All of the beds were comfortable, the additional cot with the 6” foam mattress was comfortable & if you need to sleep on the couch because of a snoring husband - that it’s extremely comfortable as well.Overall, me and my family will definitely be back!

Graduation Trip

Very clean townhouse and super convenient to The Hub-a cute neighborhood hangout with little restaurants and shops. It was perfect for a quick lunch/dinner. This was our first time in 30a and we weren't sure what to expect. Deer Lake beach access was less than a mile down the road, but you have to walk .25 miles from the parking lot to the access point-and the beach was pretty narrow. We drove down the road just a bit further and went to Walton Dunes...beautiful beach and you can rent chairs/umbrella, too. Overall, nice place, nice pool-crowded, but that is to be expected in June. We enjoyed it and would return.

My husband & our 4 kids enjoyed the townhouse and had a great week! Lots of space and pictures are accurate. We do wish there were less pool rules as you can’t have a float or throw balls in the pool but other than that, it was great. The golf cart was a great perk.

Our stay at this unit was fantastic! The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. The pool was very nice and the golf cart was a plus. The only downfall was that the beach was difficult to get too during peak times. Parking spaces would fill up and they would close the closest access point.

Very clean. Great location! We did not know where to stay. This property is in the middle of 30A and a quick walk away from The Big Chill where we listened to live bands, played in the arcade and did some shopping. There are public beach access either way on 30A. We will be visiting again!

This year, unlike in previous years, we decided to stay in the Prominence community instead of Destin. My family had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. The community was quiet, and the room was so cozy with everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.
