Welcome to "Seas the Day 167," the perfect family vacation location in the heart of Panama City Beach! No crowded parking lots or long waits for elevators, park right at your door and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to private beach access and easy walking distance to great dining and entertainment!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
This vacation rental features:
Primary Bedroom: King bed (Sleeps 2)
Upstairs Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and a Full bed (Sleeps 4)
Living Room: Sofa bed (Sleeps 2)
*Our living room has a very nice new recliner

Located in the desirable Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, our 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a private patio.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Nestled in a serene, gated community, our resort is ideal for a family stay with all of the amenities you could want including 11 pools (5 heated seasonally and one beachside), a full-service beachfront restaurant with facilities, putt-putt, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, playgrounds and more! In addition to those amenities and the hours of entertainment in your own back yard, there is a walking path from the resort leading to the Shoppes at Edgewater with topnotch restaurants and entertainment venues such as FireFly, Dee's Hangout, American Charlie's, Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar, Rock'It Lanes bowling, Axe throwing, and Escape rooms! We are also just a mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and less than a mile from Just Jump Trampoline Park, WonderWorks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park and Ripley's. Explore nearby attractions including Bayou on the Beach and Saltwater Grill. We are just 5 miles from Pier Park, with all of its fabulous shopping, dining and entertainment!
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has:
Tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball courts, mini-golf, fitness room and 11 pools total, including 1 beachfront pool and 5 seasonally heated pools.
Private Beach Access: go to the end of W Leslie, Right on White Sandy, Left on Gulf Highland
ARRIVAL:
Guests must go directly to the front gate upon arrival. Please note: the security gates will not provide entry.
PARKING:
Gulf Highland units come with 1-2 assigned numbered parking spots in front of the unit (studios have only one parking spot). Parking passes need to be displayed at all times.
Parking passes are handed out at the security gate and are currently free. Guests can speak to the attendant when they arrive, show proof of the booking and they will give them a mirror hanger pass with the dates on it. If they arrive after hours or the security gate is not occupied, they can just ask for one when they see the guard the next day.
No parking on grass or double parking on the street. If you have an additional vehicle, there are a few paid public parking lots to choose from: 1) Richard Jackson Boulevard at Ocean Towers Condominiums; 2) Churchwell Drive at Front Beach Road, or 3) Thomas Drive at Ripley's.
Street legal carts are NOT allowed in the complex. However, just outside the pedestrian gate on Front Beach Road, there is a rental place and if you rented a cart from them for consecutive days, you could park it at their location, which is an easy walk into the complex and back to the unit.
Laundry Room: There is a washer dryer available for guest use. It is located out the back door to your right. There should be a key hanging by the front door that says laundry room.
For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. There is one by the front door and one by the back door. There is also one in the owners closet.
Entry to this community requires a proxy card, which improves security and simplifies access. Pedestrian Gates Access also requires a proxy card. Two proxy cards are provided in the unit. These cards are required to access pedestrian gates for the beach, pools, and other resort amenities. Because the number of cards issued to each unit is limited, please handle them carefully and leave them hanging on the wall near the light switch prior to departure. A $25 charge applies for any proxy card that is lost or not returned: this replacement fee will be billed to the responsible guest.
Trash Disposal: Trash must be placed in a garbage bag that is tied up and placed inside the silver trash bins throughout the property. No loose trash allowed.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fine will be assessed as we will have to cancel our next renter to get rid of the smell.
