Welcome to Shores of Panama 1807, in Panama City Beach. This is the vacation getaway your family will never forget. When you walk into this 18th floor, recently updated condo. You will see brand new tile through-out the entire condo. You will find stunning views of the Gulf of America, or Mexico, the Ocean, or whatever you want to call it right from your very own balcony. This two-bedroom with bunks and 3 full baths has plenty of room for everyone. You and loved ones will enjoy the inviting living area that features a large flat-screen television, a DVD player, two chairs and a blue couch that includes a queen sleeper sofa. Attached is a dining table space for four and bar area for three. The fully stocked kitchen adjoins to the dining area to converse with family while preparing a meal.
The master suite host a king size memory foam bed, flat screen TV with plenty of closet or drawer space. Attached is its own private full bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen size memory foam bed, flat screen T.V. and closet space. Also attached is it's own full private bathroom. Lastly is the twin bunk beds (memory foam also) who has a bathroom attached with a standup walk-in shower. Shores of Panama Resort is known for its 14,000 sq. Ft. zero entry pool. This tropical lagoon pool is surrounded by the greenest and most appealing landscapes. Thirsty? Hungry? IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.
Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

In your unit we have provided start up toiletries; this includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 kitchen trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, along with one dishwasher detergent pod. If you feel you will need more than the products we provide, a nationwide retailer is right across the street
Please report ALL issues within 24 hours of check-in so we can address any issues in a timely manner.
Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $90 for registration packet.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
This condo does offer a discounted monthly rate in the winter months of December - February. Inquire for the best rate.
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
