Tropic Winds is just 2 miles from the famous Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex as well as close proximity to the 18 mile 30A bike trail. There are also numerous 18 hole golf courses near the complex. You also will find Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World Marine Park within 5 miles.

Come enjoy our 16th floor Tropic Winds condominium which is not your typical rental property. It is fully furnished with premium finishes and amenities. This unit is a perfect 2 bedroom floor plan with phenomenal views from a huge balcony that overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts of home, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

The living room has a large flat panel TV with cable hook up. It also has direct balcony access. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with direct balcony access. It is also equipped with a flat panel TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds. It also has a flat panel TV.
