Splash Resort! Jill’s personal condo at Panama City Beach on the first floor puts you steps away from toes in the sand.
Unlike any other properties in PCB, we have a waterpark, including a kids’ pool park with waterslides, interactive water toys, and a lazy river ride, the kids will never want to go home. Parents can enjoy themselves as well in our heated pools, jacuzzi and a state of the art fitness room or relax at the poolside bar and grill.

Jill’s personal Splash condo sleeps 6 comfortably. You will enjoy the new King Size Bed just refurnished in the Master. The beachfront vacation rental comes equipped with a full-size kitchen, washer & dryer, televisions, cable TV, DVD player, linens & towels, coffee, dish soap/powder, laundry detergent and toiletries. The condo also has high speed wireless internet throughout.

Located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach, Splash Resort has easy access to Pier Park Mall, the City Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is here to make your beachfront vacation in Panama City Beach one of the best you will ever experience!

Daily Beach Chair Service (March through October Only) is included when you reserve this 1st floor unit at Splash Resort for your next Panama City Beach Vacation.
Splash is a short distance to Pier Park, an extensive Tropical feel Life-Style Shopping Mall. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach, boasting approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included along with boutiques such as Envy and Irene & Co, are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, and Target. In addition there are numerous restaurants including Paula Deans, Dave & Busters, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Tootsie’s Oyster Bar, Pompano Joe's, Dick's Last Resort, and Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House.

We arrived to the condo in the early morning hours, the arrival and check in process was a breeze. There was a very musty smell, salt in the king size bed, stains on the pull out couch, the curtains in the living room were hanging half way off the track, the clear shower liner in the master bathroom was ripped up barely hanging on and there was black mold on all of the air vents ! I reached out to the owner to rectify these issues and got no where. They acknowledged my message and then left me on delivered for days!! The 1st floor views were nice and the easy check in process other than that do not book!

Property owner was excellent, great communication and room was as described. The actual condo was great. 10/10 stars. But outside of the room is where it goes down hill. The property grounds isn’t well kept. Dirty, outdated and bathrooms didn’t flush properly. Even saw roaches at the pool. Also nobody cleans the pool. Guest was skimming the bugs out themselves. The condo and property owner is great but the rest isn’t.

Splish Splash!

1st - Our stay was great! We love this end of PCB because of the traffic. We love Splash because of the family friendly atmosphere! 2nd - The condo was great, comes with beach lounge chairs in your rental, PLUS nice beach chairs to sit by the water! Even more, I LOVE THAT IT WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR! Makes me feel better with littles! 3rd - Check-in process was great and the owner was very timely with communication! They even adapted check-in time for us based on arrival (obviously availability played a factor). THANK YOU for that! Only thing we would have changed about the trip is to have dish detergent to be able to run the dishwasher, garbage bags (we only had one and then the tiny ones for bathroom garbage), and salt and pepper (that’s a want - not a need
 lol). Thank you for a great stay!

Nice vacation

The condo was great, in fact we decided to extend our stay an extra day, it was easy to communicate to James and do so. Another perk was the washing machine and dryer were pretty large which was nice to have when having a family vacation. Being so close to the beach and having the chairs and sun umbrella rental included was great. It was nice being able to spend time out on the beach and then go back to eat lunch and go back out to the beach. It is close (3 miles) to pier park but far enough away so there’s not a ton of traffic in front of the condo. Would stay here again.

Great unit!

We had a great time. The unit is fantastic. Gorgeous ocean view and we even saw dolphins. We were disappointed the coffee shop and pool bar was closed but that’s not the owners fault. Could not keep the kids out of the pools which were heated so that was really nice for them
