Beautiful condo! Lots of room! Provided high chair and port a crib for my granddaughter. Had everything we needed to prepare breakfast(which is all we cooked). All beds were very comfortable. Very clean and the owners answered all my messages fast and efficiently. No problems whatsoever. We will definitely rent from Bill and Susan again. Great resort to stay in with children!!!

Loved it! Two huge master suites with king beds and another bedroom with a queen bed and two bunk beds provided plenty of space for our family and friends! The water park was a huge hit with the kids (splash pads, lazy river, several pools and a hot tub!) and being able to enjoy it in the sun and shade was great for the younger and older adults. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit!

The condo was just so precious and the perfect size for me and my little family. It was stocked with everything you need for a stay away from home and a great beach trip. Bill and Susan, were great with communicating before our stay and during. In the future I hope we are able to stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our group of 9!! Had a private room and bath that was perfect for my mom!! I do wish Splash had a ramp to the bea CB for wheelchairs!! Inside the condo was perfect! Loved the decorations!!! Owner was quick to answer any questions. Check out was as easy as checking in!

Our family of 8 came for a week. We had more than enough space for gathering together and/or spreading out - whatever the situation called for. There was lots for the kids to do, and we all enjoyed each of the 3 balconies. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and Bill & Susan were quick to respond when we had a question. Splash was very clean, and all of the staff we encountered were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

The property was as pictured, very clean and very well equipped. The owners are easy to reach if needed. The kids area is great! The only hiccup we had were the gas grills were not maintained. 1 had 1 burner working. 2 did not work at all and another was functioning normally. Also no lighting in grill area to see what you are cooking. By the time I got to cook at 845 it was very dark. Which is also a safety issue. Not the owners fault but very disappointed the resort let this happen on a holiday weekend and had no propane to fix the situation. Property owners are addressing with resort. I still give a 5 for the unit and owners. You won’t be disappointed with this unit!

Condo was clean and had plenty of room. Everyone having their own space (and bathroom) really makes traveling with the family less stressful. The views were amazing from every room The staff at the resort was so friendly and helpful.Only thing, i would wait until 5pm to check in to let the rush clear out.

Wonderful Family Vacation!!

We had 5 adults, 3 children and the pools were a huge hit with the kiddos! The beach was beautiful and we made use of the free chairs the owners provided. The condo was decorated so cute with everything up to everyone’s satisfaction. I can’t say enough about how kind the owners have been. Thanks for a great spot!!

Great Place for large groups

One elevator was broken the first day. It took almost an hour to get up to our room, but it was repaired the next day. The condo is excellent and kid friendly. The views were beautiful.The kitchen is one of the best equipped condos I've seen. Enough cookware to actually cook. 10 of us stayed including 5 kids but we did not feel cramped. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach getaway

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There was more than enough room for 4 adults and six kids who all loved the pools and the beach. The owner was prompt with responses to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Splash pool and splash pad

The boys loved these 2 activities. It was a rainy cloudy cold week and a heated pool helped. Our unit was large with huge windows and 3 balconies looking at the gulf.
