We have stayed at this property for 2024 and 2025 vacations. In 2025 we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness we walked into. Upon check in we immediately noticed ants all over the first floor, then four roaches. The ants were so bad that they were crawling all over the kitchen counters, the floors, inside drawers— nothing was clean because everything was in contact with bugs. The ants were on the second floor throughout the primary room, as well. I quickly called the property management and was told someone would be coming out. No one ever came! It wasn’t until the second day when I checked on the status of a pest control specialist that I was informed no one would be coming during our trip. I was offered a can of bug spray. We ended up spraying the entire first floor down with bug spray, and the counters. That only worked momentarily, as it doesn’t solve a bug infestation. The location is great. The pool is an amazing amenity. The house— minus bugs like 2024– is wonderful; however, until the bug infestation is handled, I would never book this property again. You cannot make a sandwich without ants instantly crawling all over your plate.
