Construction Update â Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.
At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.
We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normalâand ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

This very nice, two bedroom/two bath condominium features wall to wall, floor to ceiling oceanfront views from every room. The spacious floor plan is ideal for the family who does not want to feel crowded, while your private balcony allows you to see the spectacular Florida sunsets or watch the dolphins play in the ocean! There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, and two queen size beds in the second bedroom, and upgraded cabinets and coutertops in the kitchen! New large dining room table that seats 6 with 2 stools at the breakfast bar. Both the master and the guest bath feature large marble garden tub with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded cabinets, countertops, tiled backsplash, all appliances and dishware.
With the convenient location of Long Beach Resort, you are near everything such as great restaurants, shopping, putt putt, amusement parks, and there is even a Super Wal-Mart across the street in case you forget something! We also have a large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, 1300 feet of beautiful white sand beaches, on-site jet ski/umbrella chair rentals as well as 24-hour gated security with plenty of parking. This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS unit. Renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the unit for the entire rental term.
