Lovely Beach front Condo With Shared Pool, Central Location!



The Space:

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Enjoy incredible views of the sugar-white sands from your balcony, or prepare full meals and beach snacks in your well-equipped kitchen. On the ground level, work up a sweat in the fitness room, cool off in the shared pools, or walk right out onto the beach for days of fun in the surf and sun. With the perfect location and all this condo offers, what's not to love?!

Do Not Recommend!! Filthy! Extremely Unsanitary!

Upon arrival, we walked in to a stale and musty odor. The sofa and chair were very stained and dirty. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been washed in years. We notified property management and they came over while we were out and put what looked to be moving blankets over the sofa and left several exposed areas of soiled fabric. We were not able to use the living room during our entire stay due to the nastiness. While we love the summit and have stayed many times here…. this unit is the worst!

Great for friends weekend, wouldn’t recommend for families

This room has been updated with nice furnishings. Loved that this is on the 2nd floor. My only complaint is that we had zero directions on how to work the lock with the door access code. (It’s not your typical locking system like other condos). Also there were several bugs in the room. The room was nice, but the building seems pretty old. Thankfully on the 2nd floor because the wait times for elevators was very long. This condo is definitely more of a “party scene”, with DJ at pool each night with an active younger crowd. We enjoyed it for our girls weekend but I would not recommend coming here on a family trip with children.
