On the gulf... the elevators were very slow or broke and handicap doors didn’t work been on order since November told by maintenance staff. The beds were old terrible very outdated...

The properly was beautiful happy with my stay until I saw little roaches towards my first few days staying there .. so I went out and got some bleach and made the best of it

Check in was great we were on first floor which was wonderful then the room had a bad leak on day 3 we had to be moved to floor 16 which we were very thankful that they had a room for us it was an upgraded room but a big hassle we had to move all of our belongings to the new room we were on the beach they had to turn electric off in room and didn’t notify us the elevator service was horrible one time we had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator that we could get on way to crowded for the amount of elevators I felt like there was never any one at the front desk we needed more toilet paper one morning and had to go to store and buy it the rooms are very nice and the pools were great just not the service that we were used to when we stay with a wyndym

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Tidewater. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the elevators. We did have several unfortunate events which compounded these delays. A main water-line on the property was damaged creating serious flooding which impeded the cooling towers in the building. We can assure you these occurrences are seldom and apologize it caused inconveniences during your stay.
