Located on the 16th floor, this inviting two-bedroom condo offers 1,388 square feet of comfortable living space with a fresh, updated interior that feels right at home by the sea.

The open-concept living and dining areas are beautifully furnished with updated pieces that create a relaxed, coastal atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Newer TVs throughout the condo make it just as easy to enjoy a cozy night in. The large, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and everything you need for morning coffee, casual lunches, or family dinners during your stay.

Just outside, the spacious 360-square-foot private balcony showcases breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 16th floor. Take in the turquoise water with your coffee in the morning, enjoy the coastal breeze in the afternoon, or settle in for a spectacular sunset over the Gulf.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Leah was absolutely wonderful! We had an original condo booked at GC and it turned out to be a scam and we found out at the last minute. I was able to contact Leah the day before we left to see if there was anything open and she found us a spot. So grateful for her!!!!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was obviously a very unusual year. Lots of construction projects going on in the complex. This led to a very stressful stay. Amenities are not available, trash chute closed, balcony locked down for 3weeks, not able to access, pool and hot tub close down. I just wish there had more communication with the front office to the rental clients. Hoping next year has a better experience. Definitely an anomaly, normally, this is a stellar resort.
