Updated Beautiful Beach-Front Condo! Oversized Balcony, Free Beach Chairs!

Tropic Winds 1806 is a beautifully, decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beach-front condo. We offer TWO FREE BEACH CHAIRS & ONE UMBRELLA provided seasonally March 1st to October 31st. Our property is well maintained and we've provided many new updates for the upcoming season.

Our remodel includes: 65" wall-mounted flat tv for awesome entertainment, new living room leather furnishings with sofa sleeper, new dining room table and chairs, a master bathroom walk-in shower, updated guest bathroom, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, tiled kitchen backsplash and bar back-facing, and custom paint job including walls, doors, trim, and ceilings! Our remodeled and oversized, beach-front, balcony now includes tile flooring, new 2024 conversational set seating and new chaise loungers. Enjoy the balcony in comfort! It's perfect for sun bathing, reading a good book, hanging out with friends and family, enjoying an outdoor meal with endless gulf views, or toasting the beautiful sunsets. The balcony is to die for and everyone's favorite feature of our condo.

The master suite includes king-size bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, flat-screen tv, and balcony access! Enjoy the beautiful gulf views from the bedroom or sleep to the sound of the waves.

The guest bedroom includes king-size bed with private access to the updated guest bathroom. Watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen tv. The bath includes combination shower/tub with tile surrounds. The guest bedroom is spacious and large with plenty of space (not your typical small bedroom that other condominiums have).

The kitchen features beautiful wrap-around, cherry stained, cabinetry. Stainless Appliances include refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, combination stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal. A coffee maker and kurieg are provided, for our java lovers, as well as blender, toaster, crockpot, and all cookware for preparing delicious meals.. The included laundry room features a stacked, large front-loading, LG washer and dryer.

Tropic Winds is perfectly located on the quieter, west-end, of Panama City Beach and is also only 2 miles from the popular Pier Park restaurant, shopping, and entertainment district.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free, an additional vehicle pass cost $40.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Great condo for family with adult child and spouse.

We loved the condo and the huge balcony! Kitchen had all appliances we needed. Beds were comfortable!!!! A PLUS! Having extra beach chairs in the closet was awesome! Access to the beach was great and the beach service guys were friendly. Elevators were quick and never a long wait! Only two concerns: living room couch needs replacing. cushions kept sliding off when we tried to sit in the couch. The other was a major issue for me. I noticed mold growing in master bedroom vent in ceiling and also mold growing on the wall below the vent close to the hall close close to the dining room table. I’d return if mold was addressed and the couch was replaced.

Customer service was excellent! Ryan was very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Great job!

We will be staying again, and would like to put in a request for a three bedroom, with at least two ocean views. I’d recommend a second night stand or small tier shelf for sleep machine on left side. Need better instructions for using TV. Prior guest left them in a mode that was out of sync.

Great Condo, great location

Condo was great and location was great. Out of the “busy area” and not far to travel to Pier Park, etc. Will say the floors definitely need a good mopping. We had to wear flip flops or our feet were very dirty. Everything else was great.

enjoyed my stay, would like to see more updated balcony furniture. It wasn't a place that I could relax well at but the condo was decent. Need some updating of modernlizaton and there were broken items which need to be repaired, broken arm to dining room chair, cracked microwave and crack on oven side door.

This condo was just as described. The view from the 18th floor was beautiful! Actually saw a couple of sharks, lots of dolphins and a few stingrays. The only complaint is we checked in on a Thursday and it only seemed like one elevator was working so it took a long time to get an elevator Thursday and Friday.. I would stay here again.

Ocean Reef 1107 Greta’s Beach Rentals

We originally booked at Tropic Winds but an issue came up which resulted in moving to Ocean Reef. Riley, the manager was exceptionally helpful and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect beach vacation. We are looking forward to our next stay again in 2020!

Great place!

We are a family of 5 and the condo was just fine. Nice property. We got a call the day of our arrival just to verify, which was nice. The description says to bring extra pots/pans you may need. This is true. The condo is supplied with the minimal cooking ware. It also did not have a Keurig coffee maker....there was an empty box under the sink... not sure if at some point they had one. Few things: there was sand and dust everywhere. Also the fitted sheet that was in the closet was dirty (large yellow stain). We had to wash it before using it. It took us a while to find where the pool and amenities where (located on different floors). Besides cleanliness (could have been a one time thing) the place is a good stay. It is at the beach and other places are within walking distance.

Great condo!

My husband and I are very picky and we loved staying here. The balcony overlooking the ocean is the largest one we have stayed in. Plenty of space to relax and take in the view. We were the most impressed with how amazing the owner, John was! He made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The day of check out we were headed back to Atlanta and our car started driving strange so we had to take it to get serviced before heading home. I called John to see if we could stay another night since we were not able to leave that day. Not only did he check availability but he even offered to come pick us up from the service station. I love renting from people who really care about their guests.

DIRTY

The place was really dirty by all the mop boards & the floor. The stove front was falling off. The sheets were really worn and to small for the beds. When you sit on the sofa for awhile the cushions start falling off.

The unit was not very clean when we arrived, the pull out couch had sand on the mattress and I had to wash the extra sheets before we could use them. There was personal items left in the bathroom that housekeeping did not dispose of prior to our arrival. Once we got in and did a little housekeeping, we had a great week. Kitchen could use a few additional basic items, only one spatula and I skillet in the whole kitchen, I left an extra one.
