PLEASE read before booking: Minimum age 25. This condo will accommodate up to 6 people with 4 (FOUR) adults (MAXIMUM). Bunks are for children only. Our condo is not child proofed. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUT AND NO PETS in our unit. Guest must have 4 or above star rating to book. NO events, get togethers or parties. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and forfeit your damage deposit. We require guest to e-sign rental agreement and send copy of photo ID within 24 hours of booking.
Please accept our invitation to our beautiful 2 bedroom condo at Treasure Island Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Our unit is located on the 12th floor.
Furnished with beautiful furniture and comfortable king size memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms. We updated the master bathroom with a freestanding tub, tiled shower and quartz countertops. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring has been installed throughout the condo, and all the cabinets have been updated with shaker doors (completed Feb 2020). New Revolution fabric sofa and swivel chair (Feb 2023). You will love the view from the huge 12th floor balcony!. Enjoy this spacious 1370 sq. foot 2 BR/ 2 BA NON-SMOKING unit. It will accommodate up to 4 Adults (MAX)and 2 children very comfortably (Maximum occupancy of 6 total). If more than 6 people (4 adults) try to occupy the condo you will be required to leave with no refunds. Parking garage attached -- no streets to cross. 7 night rentals only Sat- Sat. with a maximum stay of one week. We do not rent monthly. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or on balcony and NO PETS in our unit. If either of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and lose your damage deposit.
As an added bonus, we have purchased seasonal (March-Oct weather permitting) beach service for two for our unit through Adventures at Sea. You may purchase another set at the beach kiosk or online. This is a $56 a day value.
Treasure Island has surveillance cameras in the walkways and elevators and our unit has a Ring doorbell camera. No cameras inside the unit. Please do not book with us if you aren't comfortable with the cameras.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room offers a leather recliner and a new sofa and swivel chair in 2023 , 55" LED flat panel HDTV and DVD player. New coffee table/ottoman 2024
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features a King Size Sealy Posturepedic Memory Foam bed with dual side dressers & lamps. This bedroom features a 32" smart tv. Enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized 9' x 30' balcony through the 8 ft. glass sliding doors.
The master bath features a large newly tiled double head shower with plenty of room for two, double vanity with quartz countertops and new stand alone tub (Feb. 2020). The only unit with a tub in the master bath at Treasure Island Resort.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom features a King Size memory foam bed and it includes 32" smart TV. This bedroom has a private bath access. You can see beautiful views of Grand Lagoon from this room.

The east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted. We do not offer date changes. We STRONGLY suggest travel insurance in case something unexpected happens. Please be sure to read what each policy covers.
