Village Unit 185 is a gorgeous suite with plenty of room offering guests a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa with a full bathroom and beautiful walk in glass door shower our unit sleeps 3 comfortably. This is a ground floor unit making it super convenient not having to walk up steps or wait on an elevator. Guests have access to the 2 new beautiful pools that were recently built at the Villages. The unit has been completely remodeled and updated.

The Village of South Walton offers amenities for guests to experience including boutique shops, eateries, leisure activities, pools, hot tub, fire pit, seasonal entertainment and getting to the deeded beach access is easy in the chauffeured golf cart. Perfectly positioned between Alys and Rosemary Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, there is no shortage of activities.

Beach Access: There's deeded beach access for Village of South Walton at the Seacrest Beach access at S Seacrest Beach Blvd. It's a few blocks walk from the condo. There are wristbands in the unit that will indicate you are a guest in Seacrest Beach. Please note, the beach gate closes at 10pm.

Bike Rentals: Peddler's Pavillon is located right outside of the unit and offers daily and weekly bike rentals. (30A Rental Properties guests inquiry about our 10% off company code to use.)

Beach chair and umbrella rentals can be arranged prior to your stay by contacting LA DOLCE VITA directly. This company is the sole provider if you are interested in reserving beach service at the deeded beach access point.

- No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule.
- CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
- Guests will be responsible for any and all damages caused to the property during their stay.
- Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as unfortunately this is out of our control. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
