Memories By the Sea was the model townhome for this community. Located across from the resort pool ( see pictures of the Pool) This well furnished house offers 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath located in the exquisite community of Prominence, one of the hottest new luxury beach community on 30A.

You will fall in love with this furnished beach retreat, surrounded by white sandy beaches and sparkling Gulf waters. Featuring all the necessary comforts of home, you’ll enjoy access to in-unit laundry machines, air conditioning, flat-screen cable TVs, Golf Cart, Bikes, Kayak, paddle boards, wireless internet and many more to list.

We made our home perfect for families of all types. The kitchen is a cooks heaven. All new GE appliances where you will have everything you need from top of the line cookware to all other essentials needed for your stay. The open living and dinning areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel. A large dining room table that can seat up to 8 people. Sit and relax after a long day at the beach on our bright and comfortable living room, and watch your favorite movie on the 65" TV from Netflix, Apple TV or take advantage of our cable and local channels.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large private bath. The second bedroom feature a queen size bed, while the 3rd bedroom features a full over full bunk with a trundle ( fit 5 people) all bedrooms have TV's and top of the line mattresses. Memory By The Sea has easy access to the beach, either by Golf Cart, Bicycles or a free shuttle9 Operates only during summer time) Golf Cart and Bicycles are included in your stay with your stay. You will enjoy the finest beaches on 30A surrounded by scenic dunes, and breathtaking beauty of Deer Lake Park beach access. Prominence also offers 2 resort style 5000 sq. ft. pool, with cabanas, showers, fitness center and a covered bbq area with tables and seats. The second pool is on the south side of 30A. Has similar amenities.

Across from the home is the HUB ( I encourage you to check the website. The HUB is a great venue for folks of all ages and is super kid friendly. the food is amazing and there is something for everyone. Local bands play weekly and kids and adults movies are shown during the week. Memory By The Sea's location is 5 minutes from Seaside and Seagrove beaches and 5 minutes for Alys and Rosemary beaches.

What's provided :

4 backpack beach chairs and 1 umbrellas and Beach wagon for guest use at no charge.

NOTE: If by any chance the golf cart is not operable due any failure by a prior guests at the time of your reservation, there will be no refund or replacement till that is being repaired and brought back operational.

TRANSPORTATION:
Complimentary beach shuttle service is available Memorial Day though Labor Day (9 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
3 adults bikes and 2 kids bikes use at no charge
Golf Cart use at no charge but you need to sign the waiver.

Beach Access to the West:

Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach.

Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Beach Access to the East:

Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.

Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower.
