The hotel stay was awesome. Plenty of room for 4 people. Ladies at the from desk were kind and helpful. I love the balcony view and the short walk to the beach. The elevators were old but we used them every time. Overall this was a good place to stay at a good price.

The view is amazing. Right on the beach. Nice pool kept clean. The room was clean. The hotel is centrally located. The staff was nice and friendly and attentive to our requests. Really reasonably priced. If your wanting a beach vacation with a nice room and yard from the ocean thats pet friendly i suggest this hotel

Billing Issues

Room was okay, the fridge leaked and ruin the leftovers. The main issue was the billing, I had to pay a deposit up front to book but they didn’t take it out until my check-in date then chargesd the remaining balance plus $100 security deposit and on checkout they charge me again minus the $100 security deposit and said the other would previous amount would fall off so my account was on hold for over $750 until the following Thursday when it came off

The suite 104 we stayed in the first night was amazing . However we got moved to the deluxe suite the next 4 days and those rooms definitely need the same attention that 104 gets . Throw the whole dresser away in the room we were in … staff was friendly though

Very dated needed upgrades. Old lighting around the property didn’t work etc. But great staff and gorgeous location. Got married on the beach in front of the hotel and they were very accommodating for our family to park.

Warn out property

Hotel is extremely old and simply warn out. Room was clean; but, had a bad mold odor. It would be best for the owners to destroy the current property and replace with a new building. Best Regards

My Husband and I stayed here for Jeep Jam and everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Added BS fees at check-in. Resort fees are said to be included w Expedia, but were added onsite. Either staff or Expedia is wrong. Would not stay again. No ice for the rooms except through a credit card based vending machine without any pricing on it . Stay away, there are too many other options.

It was easy access to the beach and our hotel room was great! I liked how we had a kitchen and living room as well as a beach front view! The staff was very friendly!
