This apartment has the potential to be stellar. What we wanted most was an unobstructed view of the gulf and privacy which this unit delivered 100%. It’s good value for money. The bed is comfortable, location, parking and beach access are great. Improvements that would make us want to book this unit again. It starts at the front door a simple coat of paint would make all the difference instead of the rusty corroded look it currently has. The popcorn ceilings are stained with what looks like mildew. Some of the kitchen cabinets are worn and falling apart, the living room fan even in the lowest setting wobbles like it’s going to come out ceiling. The toilet runs constantly and the real kicker is that tents are allowed to set up between you and the water if you have a lounge chair at the beach. On a positive note we had a noise issue which management took care of very quickly we were also missing some basic kitchen accessories and they provided those quickly as well they were very attentive and polite. We very much enjoy the trip and the building but if we come back we would be looking for a different unit with a little more refinement

The property was beautiful and in a great location close to everything! The only issue is there were no blankets or bedspreads on the bed, only sheets, so if you’re cold natured, you will need to bring your own blankets
