Great place to stay, but Best Buy alarm goes off

Location was good. The only problem we had, not the fault of the hotel, but two nights/mornings in a row the Best Buy across the street had their alarm going off for over an hour each time. The first time was at 2 am and lasted 1.5 hours, the next morning it started at 6 am and lasted over an hour. There are train tracks about a block away, but we did not hear the trains. The room was spacious and had been updated in the last few years. Would stay here again, if it weren't for the Best Buy alarm.

The only complaint I had was the toilet was very slow to flush had to literally hold down the handle and allow all water to pass to flush it.

The room was nice and cozy. It was quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing i would recommend is adding a different meat for breakfast. Sausage got old quick

Drug dealers in parking lot holes in bath room door and ice bucket cigarette burns in it will not ever stay here again fell like you are going to get shot or mugged as you walk out of your room

Staff was very nice but who ever was cleaning the room should be fired never replaced the toilet paper had to go get a roll from office next day still didn't leave an extra roll . Never replaced the shampoo or cream rinse it was out when we checked in out when we checked out floors were poorly swept no towels at the pool even hotel 6 gives towels

I was stayin with my family for a vacation but when we came in we saw the bathroom all dirty and had mold on the roof of the bathroom. We saw cockroaches in the little closet and the microwave was all dirty and rusty.

Trash around the property. Front desk staff was rude. Definitely not an individual who should be in customer service. I walked in gave her my name and she just stared at me so I gave it again. Finally my husband said we have a reservation. She asked for my ID and gave her one. She requested my DL for my address. Hubby gave his ID. She said she needed it for the address and then proceeded to ask us for our address. She says verify what’s on the screen. I asked her what one part was and she said that’s who you reserved through. I said I did not. She said they are the same. Her tone, her demeanor, and just total look of irritation that we were even here. Recommendation go somewhere else or don’t stay long if you want to stay here. I think dealing with the staff and the unmaintained property for a few hours is all we can take.
