BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT 2 Bedroom 2 Bath CONDO LOCATED IN TOWER 1 AT EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT.

A Luxury, Full Service Oceanfront Resort on the Emerald Coast of Panama City Beach. Our fully furnished 2br 2ba 1,100 square foot condo sleeps 6.

Our extensive remodel has been completed! You will find new cabinets throughout the kitchen and baths, as well as granite countertops throughout. The kitchen has a new stove and built in microwave. The Master Bath has a new soaking tub, as well as new custom tile work. The Guest Bath has been completely re-done, with a fantastic walk-in shower and Palm Tree logo in mosaic tiles!
There is new paint throughout the condo, as well as new floor tile and carpets. All this for the same low price!

The Master bedroom has a sumptuous King size bed, television, private bathroom with separate vanity/dressing area and large closet, and large Garden tub. The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed, television, closet and direct entry into the second bath. In addition there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

This Ocean Front 4th floor unit is located in Tower 1 At Edgewater Beach Resort & Golf Club. A perfect location that overlooks the beautiful 11,800 square foot Lagoon Pool, beach, & breathtaking Sunset Views! Edgewater Beach Resort is known for it's First Class style & the most amenities offered on Panama City Beach. Situated on the Emerald Coast with beautiful sugar-white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

We had an awesome time! Michael is the best and is available for anything you may need. Checking in was great, no issues. The grounds of Edgewater are beautiful and clean. You won’t get a better view. Waking up each morning and having coffee on the balcony with that view is priceless. The condo itself needs to be updated and cleaned. The kitchen has everything you need, pots, pans, dishes,utensils, etc. The beds are comfortable but the living room sofas are very uncomfortable and old. We still had a very good time. The weather was perfect and really enjoyed the many restaurants.

Great unit. Communication with owner/manager excellent. Unit is a bit dated but it’s as described and worked just fine for us-family of 5 in town for softball. Beautiful view of the pools/gulf. Edgewater is our favorite resort in PCB. The pool can’t be beat. Other than the pool the parking, location, beach front, etc are all perfect. Larry’s condo has a great view of both the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable, linens were ample, bathrooms very nice, kitchen is small but more than adequate, plenty of seating and a plus was the Roku TV’s.

Dance Nationals for Daughter

Very good for the price!!! My daughter’s dance nationals were held at the event center located at the resort, so staying at the resort was a must. It took us about 5 minutes to get to the event center from the condo!!! Everything was exactly as it looked in the pictures!! We had a great time and will book again if we go back to Panama City Beach.

Another Great stay with Larry and Mike at the Edgewater condo.

Larry and Mike make everything painless. This was our fourth year in the condo at the Edgewater. We have already booked for 2025. My wife and I really enjoy Panama City Beach and the Edgewater. It makes all the difference in the world the promptness with which all our questions are addressed. We live staying with Larry and Mike, we will be back.

Overall experience in this unit was fantastic. We didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay. The property manager Michael was great to work with and checked in on us before check in and got in contact with us soon after the housekeeper left. Overall experience with the unit was great. We didn't have any real issues to speak of. Just normal general use of everything in the unit. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Michael, the local property manager was a pleasure to deal with. He was very communicative in getting checked in and anything we needed. Other than the weather causing double red flags for the ocean the entire week we had a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay.

The condo has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. It was very clean and has been recently updated. The beds are very comfortable. It is close to stores and amenities as well as several restaurants and things to do. We would definitely rent it again. : ) The only negatives are the kitchen is definitely a one person at a time kitchen. The dryer really needs a new lint catcher. Due to the fact that the rental cost of 2 chairs and an umbrella are $70.00 a day +.. I wish that they would provide a couple of beach chairs and maybe an umbrella.

Great vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location. The property manager was super kind and easy to reach. We had an issue that we needed a late check out and he quickly accommodated our situation. My husband felt the cleaning crew could have done a little better in the bathrooms. The property is beautiful. Staff everywhere willing to help. Overall would definitely go back and stay in this condo!
