Posted Apr. 25, 2022 on HotelsThe rooms are a bit old and the shower does not have a full glass enclosure, which leads to the floor getting very wet and dirty after someone uses the shower. But otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the few food items we ate at the restaurant were well-prepared!

Mini fridge was not working and my insulin got spoiled. Requested for a King bed hotel provided twin beds. AC was working. Later after shouting a technician came and repaired. No hot water in the bathroom. Tea kettle was not working. Wooden floor was in very bad shape. Food was horrible both in taste & quality.
Hospitality was a big ZERO.

The room we stayed in was not the best. Bathroom smelled like sewage. The WiFi didn't work. The hotel is conveniently located to both Chandigarh and Panchkula.

We had issues with the electronic lock which took several attempts and several different keys to unlock the room door. When this happens each time you want to enter your room was frustrating. The hotel did not even offer to change room. The night in toilet kept coming on and going off on own. Even the credit card machine malfunctioned three attempts
