This is our newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa located at Bayview Suites on Paradise Island. It's literally just a short walk away from Cabbage Beach and the Atlantis Resort. It was recently fully renovated with high-end finishes and exquisite decorations. The Orchid House features a private pool, and outdoor BBQ grill, with shared amenities for added convenience (tennis courts, laundry facility, gym). With security and easy access to activities and restaurants what's not to like!

Best Vacation Ever

- Beautiful Home and fabulous foliage surrounding the home and pool deck, well maintained inside and out. Pool was delightful, not heated but refreshing due to outside temperature. One of friend had a horrible allergic reaction to some food. When we called Guest Services for assistance they went above and beyond telling us where to go, gave us GOS directions and very attentive in following up with us a couple times checking on how she was doing. When I inquired about any stairs due to one person who was handicapped and uses a walker we were told no stairs , however their is a step up to one bedroom, and entry to other bedrooms and in master there is step up to toilet all about 8 inches. Your VRBO pictures don’t show these step up’s. Thank goodness we had a man with us that could help her. If you have any disability that could be a problem. Master room has fan and central Air conditioning however it’s broken, which appears to allow AC to other bedrooms as well, so very warm, even with fan on. Well stocked for dishes, cookware and utensils, very low on little spoons, gas bbq wonderful all utensils for that were there. - Loved having guest services to know where to go for walk in clinic, grocery store, best beaches, restuarant referrals very valuable. Because if you were just renting a bnb you wouldn’t have that. We loved the home, the security and guest services included are an added bonus and because of that we will definitely be back!! We all agreed best vacation ever!

A great oasis on Paradise Island. Although the property is in a resort it’s very private with lots of privacy fencing and natural vegetation. Having your own private pool steps out the door is really nice. Cabbage Beach Is a short walk and the entrance at Paradise Island Beach Club although a longer walk it’s much nicer with a restaurant/bar and store right there. Marina Village is a short walk as well. Highly recommend this property and Shantel was really helpful!

Had a great time with my family (6 of us) here it's a beautiful villa that's extremely spacious also and had everything you could possibly need. The operations manager was also very attentive and was quick to come up with an answer to any question. 10/10 stay would recommend!

Great family house with some minor drawbacks

We were a family of 9 with 2 small children, and stayed from May 10-17, 2023. The house was well laid out for our needs, and is in a great location close to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach, although recommend you rent a car if you are going any further. The pool was great, especially for the kids, and everything was clean and as advertised. We did have some minor issues, that were not addressed during our stay, even though we had notified the Operations Manager: - the freezer door was frozen shut due to a faulty gasket, and was extremely hard to open. - one of the shower doors had come off its hinges and would not shut completely, actually creating a safety hazard. - the kitchen was poorly outfitted with cookware, think of having to cook pasta and sauce sequentially in the same pot as there was only one pot large enough to hold either one. Overall though an enjoyable vacation and we would recommend this property to others.

Perfect!!

We were very happy with the Orchid house it was recently renovated. Location to Atlantis and shops were a 10 min walk. House was spacious for 7 of us but can easily fit 8-10. I would definitely recommend this place. We had an amazing vacation!

Tropical Paradise

Great property for our small group. We wanted quiet and privacy and Orchid House was perfect. Plenty of space and many of the touches one would expect. We hardly left the comfy back pool area. Small issues were handled in professional and timely manner. Host responded every time we had questions during planning. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a lovely stay at this house during Thanksgiving break last week! The space was perfect size for our family, there were 6 of us total. You could easily fit more people into this house. Having a kitchen and ample space for everyone was truly ideal and the pool to swim in during activities was perfect. Thank you!

Terrific property and everything we hoped it would be! Had two families of 4, so there was plenty of space for everyone and it was very comfortable. I would highly recommend contacting Chef Denaldo for coordinating a dinner in, but he is a wealth of information and contacts for most everything. A great stay and highly recommended!
