A spacious bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in a gated complex of 12 villas with a shared pool and coin-laundry facilities.
The villa is conveniently located on Paradise Island just a 5 minute walking distance to the Atlantis Resort and Marina, the beautiful Cabbage Beach, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
The villa has a private enclosed terrace with BBQ, patio table and chairs and two sun lounges. A fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, coffee machine, toaster, toaster oven, blender, utensils etc.

From the moment we booked, Sarah was an exceptional host. She provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in, and the property was ready exactly on time.Sarah's communication was outstanding throughout our stay - incredibly responsive (usually within 12 hours), extremely accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. Her polite and helpful demeanor made us feel well taken care of from start to finish.The property itself was a true delight. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location struck the perfect balance - quiet and peaceful, offering a nice respite from the bustling big resorts, yet close enough to all the action. The private pool was a real highlight - never crowded and perfect for relaxing.The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to the main Cabbage Beach and a 15-minute stroll to the more secluded area at the east end of Cabbage Beach (note: this beach access is closed on weekends). Fantastic Family Retreat: A Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience at this place, which was absolutely perfect for our family of five. It was clean and easy to find. We were thrilled to have the pool to ourselves every day, which the kids absolutely loved. They also appreciated the beach toys you provided, as traveling with them can be a hassle. It truly made their day, and they were so excited to use them.I also want to thank you for all the helpful tips and insights you shared before our arrival. One thing to note is that the grocery store within walking distance has a limited selection and high prices. However, since we had a rental car, we were able to go to a larger grocery store a little farther away, which offered a better selection and more reasonable prices.Overall, our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Better than expected

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were even better than pictured. Our host Sarah was super responsive and provided us with many helpful tips including restaurants, best beach areas etc. The unit was clean and we enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking our coffee every morning. It was also a great location to walk to everything. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Pleasant stay

The Villa looks and feels very good. I like the sophisticated, beautiful decor. The couch and dining room chairs were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked despite being relatively small. The beds are firm and filled with pillows. Like the rest of the house, the bathrooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent! Within walking distance from beaches, restaurants, and casinos. Our host, Sarah, was very attentive and responded to my questions immediately. She went out of her way to give me the information I needed. She is, in general, a fun person to be with. Easy going, and charming. I highly recommend Sarah's villa.

A Bahama Oasis

It is an amazing place to stay. The location is perfect. Close to grocery stores, atlantis, and the beautiful beach. The pool in the complex is a minute walk (if that), and you won’t find friendlier people on an island. We loved hanging out in the outdoor space, whether it was coffee in the morning or a glass of wine later on. This is a gem! Sarah was very responsive and communicated well. We will return! Perfect Paradise Island Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Break Villa so much! Upon arrival, instructions were excellent for a seamless check-in. The villa was spotlessly clean, decorated tastefully in a beach/island theme, and offered every amenity we needed. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our party of two coupkes.

Home away from Home

We recently enjoyed a wonderful two-week stay at Ocean Break Villas. The location was perfect for our family of 3/4, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing, recuperative getaway. While we spent most of our time at the villa, we found the space to be both gracious and comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a family of four. It truly felt like home. Despite its compact size, the villa was well-equipped and convenient. Sarah was fantastic—her communication and responsiveness to any queries were exceptional. We would definitely stay at Ocean Break Villas again.

The place was great. My first time going to the Bahamas i think it was great. The house was beautiful. Just one thing i didnt like. Maybe other people quest wouldnt mine. Communication with the host wasnt that great. Me personally would have love to meet her but never happened. Overall it was a great vacation.
