"We had two adults and two grown children. The space was just wonderful. Plenty of room to unpack and just relax. The suite was clean and well appointed. The grounds were great. The staff was friendly and efficient. I requested additional towels and coffee. Both times, someone delivered the items in a very timely manner. Will most certainly stay here again. "

"The property is huge, have a lot of rooms and it’s beautiful and safe.The waterpark is big and fun. Rooms were tidy and clean with all the supplies you need. The place have a small center where there are restaurants, small convenience store, arcade, guest services and meeting room. There are two things I did not like: first; there is this small counter with no name that will pressure you to go to a conference meeting at 7:30am somewhere outside the hotel to “gift” you money or another vacations (I did not attend) but it was mortifying having people to take your precious vacation relaxing time for that, the second of it will be the parking; there’s a lot of parking but when hotel is full it seems not to be enough for everyone and you will have to park far away from your room. Loved the place and will come back but will park early and ignore the offerings. "

"Excellent stay for whole family. Clean and lots of pools/lazy rivers/splash pad for babies. Service was excellent from front desk to bar tenders to pool attendants to valet. All were amazing. "
