The room was very good, but lost in a huge resort. There was a hidden $30 per night parking fee that Expedia didn't tell us about. The check-in process was chaotic and error-prone. We tried for an early check in, arriving at 11:30, and they promised a text message that never came. They had left our keys with the bellman, who was busy. However, some staff member wrote an 8 that looked like a 3, and another staff member even circled building 3, which we never would have found in this huge place, due to the map being so small it was useless. So we ended up at the wrong building and had to go back to reception, a 5 minute drive through winding parking lots. Other than that, the grounds were nice.

Stay was OK. Food was left in fridge from previous stay(meat/yogurt/vegetables). Pull out bed was full of pet hair(literal clumps) and was broken at the end so it sloped down at an angle. Pool and hot tub were nice. Castaways is closed but Azzula was good.
