I have stay at this property before and never had a issue. We stay on 3/20/2024 we registered late at night 11:00 pm and we got the last room and the bathroom was not what we were expecting this is something I would expect at a $50 dollars a night not at a $200 dollars a night. I let the manager Gabriela Rodriguez know this morning but nothing was done or offered I gave the manager pictures of what the toilet looks like and the shower with mold and still did not hear back.

I’ve been going to Vistana for over 20 years and have always had a great experience. Feels like home, we love the whole resort! So many pools to choose from and so close to all the parks. Would definitely recommend!
