We stayed for 4 nights and asked for 1 extra bag of coffee. The unit had 2 bags of regular and 1 bag of decaf when we arrived. We were lectured by the front desk that they would give us 1 bag but had to go to the market to get more than that. Really disappointing over coffee. Also, the table and counters were filthy when we arrived. If you go to this property turn on the lights and you will see the filth. I probably wouldn't have posted this but the coffee was ridiculous. We will not be back!

Sheraton Vistana is an excellent resort

Had a very comfortable and amazing time st Sheraton Vistana. The hospitality and services were top notch. The resort is centrally located with plenty of activities to do nearby. Skip the parks and do what the locals do.

My grandson and I loved our 2-bedroom villa! We had requested top floor and it was perfect, with high ceilings and skylight! The villa was immaculate and well stocked. The beds were fantastic - clearly new and so comfortable. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but I was out quickly on that bed! Chloe rolled out the red carpet upon check-in. We can't say enough about her, starting our visit off with a bang and it just stayed at that level with everyone we encountered - from the onsite property shuttle drivers who drive you anywhere on the property on almost a moment's notice, to the cleaning crew, to the restaurant staff. The grounds are also meticulously maintained. We did discover that the resort no longer provides shuttles to Disney, but the Ubers were reasonable since the parks and Disney Springs were close by. There is no room service per se, but you can order from various restaurants in the area for delivery right to your villa. All in all, the resort made our trip even more fun and exciting than expected and we would definitely stay again!
