It was a convenient location. I wish the staff would have communicated the services offered at check in. I was unaware of a number of the amenities like complementary water vouchers and I'm unsure as to whether parking was supposed to be complementary, we were not offered a luggage dolly at arrival either. While no one was rude, it would have been nice to have information shared with me at check in.

Hotel lobby was nice, the rooms were a little out dated and use nicer sheets. My biggest complaint was I booked a room and when I got to the hotel they over booked and had to give me a different room that didn’t have the layout I paid for.

To Disney Springs and Beyond

Had a great stay again. I’ve used this property many times for business and family. This was a shorter stay and it fit the purpose perfectly. The facility is a bit on the dated side but they do a great job to maintain the rooms, the floors and the other facilities. The pool area is quite large with a lot of options for lounging, play area for the kids and a beachside bar. They seem to have different daily drink and food deals. The gym is updated with options for different workouts and really great cardio equipment including new and quality treadmills and peloton bikes. I didn’t use room service on this trip but it is an option. The front desk staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Overall I recommended this property for whatever you local travel requirements are.
