"We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids—spacious, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the convenience of built-in surface phone chargers at bedsides and throughout the house.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, and the porch was the perfect spot to relax after long days. We also had fun playing cornhole in the yard!Our trip was centered around the All Star Village (about a 25-minute drive), and although it was a bit of a drive, it gave us the best of both worlds—close enough for daily games, but far enough to enjoy the peace and charm of this beautiful home. The house is also conveniently located near Cooperstown with easy access to grocery stores and anything else we needed throughout the trip—even a great local butcher where we picked up some delicious steaks to grill.We’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!"

"The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. "
