"The breakfast was very tasty, we had the scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage patties. Breakfast very was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions about the area. The room was very clean and the walk-in shower was terrific!"

We spent a lot of our time biking, so the location right along the bike path was perfect. Petoskey State Park was just a handful of driveways down. We went there 2 evenings in a row and spent time on the beach enjoying the sunset. Very good experience overall."

"READ REVIEWS. This place was perfect for what we needed this weekend. A soccer tournament in Petoskey brought us here. We weren't at the house much at all- it was a true landing spot. If that is what you are looking for, this place is perfect. Clean. Basic. Beds are comfy. (Too comfy if you have to be somewhere in the morning :) ...) Basic dishes and salt and pepper provided, as well as soap for sinks, dishwasher and laundry. The futons in the living room are not comfortable, so we were glad we weren't there very much. If you are looking for a place with extra amenities (games, hot tub, comfortable living room to hang out in), this is not your place. If you need an affordable place to crash, this is it. We would stay here again if a similar need arose. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! We couldn't help but feel relaxed in the condo and the loft area is very big. Everyone said they slept well in the comfortable beds. We are talking about plans for next year!"
