"Excellent hotel, service, facilities & rooms. Conveniently located about 15mins walk to tourist attractions in the Hoi An Ancient Town, restaurants, Thu Bon River. GM, Sophia Vu was very helpful & knowledgeable with great recommendations on what to do & where to go. Her staff especially Chloe, Susan & Hannah as well as the F&B team were also very helpful, proactive & always happy to assist & focused on Customer Satisfaction. We hope to return one day to enjoy the wonderful hospitality of the Hoi A Delicacy Hotel! Highly recommended if you ever plan on spending a few days in Hoi An."

"I had spent a lot of time comparing properties with so many different options available but we were so pleased with this choice. The room was well appointed, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were phenomenal. Tip- we ate at the outdoor section of the restaurant one night and had the most dreamy latern-lit space almost to ourselves. It is a short walk to the old town but we preferred to give distance to the hustle. We stayed 3 nights with no regrets! "
