Excellent service and very nice, clean modern looking hotel. Location is ideal for sightseeing and taking metro to everywhere. We had a great time at that place and breakfast was Delicias every day.

Everything was great and as advertised. The parking garage situation is very tight, but it works. We had a Citroen sedan and I wouldn’t try to park anything bigger than that. It was maxed out! I think this is pretty standard for Paris though.

Hôtel pas digne d’un 4 étoiles : vétusté des installations (sanitaires jaunis, multiples taches sur les murs des toilettes, bonde de douche cassés, plinthes très abîmées…). Petitesse de la chambre. Pas de cafetière ni bouteille d’eau en chambre / pas de fontaine à eau dispo dans le hall (et ceci depuis 2 mois car c’est en cours). Et le comble ? Facture dispo APRÈS le départ alors que l’intégralité des 2 nuits et taxe de séjour avait été réglé AVANT le séjour. Et quand on ose dire que l’on ne trouve pas cela normal et que les services ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : on nous répond que je suis - je cite : « désagréable »! Une cliente est une personne désagréable ?! C’est un profond manque de respect. Je n’ai fait que « réclamer » des services qui étaient absents et dont j’ai l’habitude de trouver dans d’autres établissements - de véritables 4 étoiles.

I have stayed here at least a dozen times and it feels like ny home away from home when I arrive in Paris . The petit déjeuner is wonderful but it is the staff who really make the hotel so warm and welcoming .

Fabulous Stay!

Stayed with my mum for 2 nights, lovely balcony, fabulous friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and fresh with good facilities, didnt have breakfast but a great boulangerie a few doors down for early starts and some great cafes, restaurants and a creperie in the area. The rooms are compact but this is normal in old parisian buildings and it is such a reasonably priced hotel. Right next to a metro station for access.
