We asked for extra towels and were made to argue to get them. We required them due to the shower door not closing and leaking water into the room on the floor, which was made explicit to the staff member on the phone. We were made to put our own luggage away in the luggage store room which was in the basement, which is very unsafe as anyone can steal anyone else's luggage.

Staff lovely. Sketchy area, have to buzz in and out. Rooms a little tired and very small. Not in Monmarte as far as I'm concerned.

The room itself was ok The air conditioning unit was archaic and so loud we had to turn it off so the room was stifling When we walked into the building it smelled like they’d used air freshener to cover the smell of old carpet We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the other facilities

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was ok, a bit on the small side as everything is done for space saving. But for somewhere to sleep at the end of a busy day it was great and the bed was comfortable 😁

I like, internet access, near bus stops and supermarkets, very clean and comfortable, gives great advice and helps us when needed, staff speak english and are very kind aswell. Next time we come to Paris, we will definitely come use this Hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made check in and check out very smooth. The room looked a bit different to the photos online. It was mostly clean but had some stray hairs around. The bathroom section had a very small step/ridge up right next to the bed and we stubbed our toes on it several times.

The room is small but we made do even with a giant suitcase. The property is clean and I love the rain shower in the bathroom. The head of reception was extremely helpful and friendly. There is no AC but it's my fault I didn’t pay attention when booking.

Great room, although small, it had everything I needed to be comfortable. Rooms were super clean too. The area was nice and walkable, with a supermarket a few steps away where I could load up on snacks and drinks. The people running the hotel were friendly and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend!

Compact & "bijou" breakfast was adequate, limited cereal choice, however plenty of pastry's and cold meats etc. Coffee and tea at breakfast, vending machine in foyer no tea or coffee in the room. Don't forget the tourist tax, this was not included by expedia!! certainly caught me by surprise

The staff is very friendly. Very good breakfast ( even GF options. ) The rooms extremely small. Can’t move. The rooms located door to door, you can’t sleep all night because people are noisy,very bad sound insulation.

Hotel is modern but shower/toilet is not spacious at all. No privacy screen between shower and bedroom. Area around the hotel is not great. Have to walk a fair bit to get to main areas. Good price, clean and modern and Le 975 is a great restaurant if dining - a short walk away.
