Located on the 2nd floor of a prestigious building, it has a very large and magnificent reception, 3 very spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and toilets only accessible from the bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, a laundry and a toilet complete this splendid apartment.
High ceilings and impressive moldings, naturally accessible by elevator and service lift.
TV and DVD player in each room.

Lorsque la voisine du haut marche dans son unitĂ©, c'est comme si elle marchait dans votre condo. Ça vous rĂ©veille Ă  6h le matin. Durant la soirĂ©e et la nuit beaucoup de bruit de la rue. Nous avons quittĂ© Ă  11:03 mais selon le propriĂ©taire c'Ă©tait 3 minutes trop tard. Nous Ă©tions 6 tel que prĂ©vu, j'ai trouvĂ© qu'il y avait un manque de flexibilitĂ© et de comprĂ©hension. Des lumiĂšres dans le condo restent allumĂ© 24 h par jour, on ne peut pas les Ă©teindre. Le sĂšche linge ne fonctionne pas. Nous n'avons pris aucun repas dans le condo et avons pris bien soin de l'appartement. Nous n'avons pas Ă©coutĂ© la tĂ©lĂ© ni Ă©coutĂ© aucune musique. Bref nous avons Ă©tĂ© de bons invitĂ©s.

The apartment is so spacious and absolutely beautiful. I stayed there for a month and hosted different groups of family and friends each week. Everyone loved the location. The Eiffel Tower, great shops and excellent restaurants are just a quick walk away and all the other sites are easily accessible on the metro.

Great Fall stay in Paris

We were in Paris with our 3 teenagers. The place is spacious and well stocked. The location is greatly located near to all Paris has to offer. The area is in quite residential area with lots of local bistros and bakeries.

Perfectly Parisian

My husband and I, along with our four daughters ages 7-11, stayed here for our week long trip to Paris and it was perfection. For starters, the apartment is simply beautiful. I could have never left the apartment and still felt like I experienced Paris. The neighborhood is walkable, and near The Eiffel Tower, with many options for food and necessities nearby. Communication with the host was always prompt and we felt very welcome. If given the opportunity I would choose this listing again!

Beautiful home away from home

JP’s home was just as pictured. It is a beautiful home away from home with every detail thought of. It was clean, quiet, and nicely positioned for easy access to nearby restaurants, boulangeries, and the metro. The home was stocked with all that you need to make your stay easy: bath soap, dish soap, clothes detergent/softener/ salt packs, and trash bags. You can just move in. A wonderful experience

This apartment is everything that you could want in a luxury Paris apartment-and more. The owner and his agents were extremely inviting and helpful. Amazing, better in person than even in the pictures!

First, we have to say that the property is even more spacious than you can imagine from looking at the pictures, every detail is paid attention to, and the overall condition is immaculate. JP is an amazing host, who attended to every detail, and even installed TVs in each bedroom per our request. The unit is tastefully decorated in every room and gives you a warm Parisian feel. The location could not be better, several amazing restaurants within walking distance and everything else is just a short Uber ride.

We loved our time in the apartment during fashion week. We were close to everything we wanted to do and having the apartment allowed us to relax in style. Jean Pierre, the owner, and Rachid, the manager, were both very helpful and extremely prompt in their communications.

Lavish apartment

The photographs don’t adequately show how impressive the ceilings and embellishments are in this apartment. The bedrooms were all comfortable, the kitchen and baths modern, and decoration tasteful. The location is ideal for the Trocadero and has a very good view of Tower literally steps away from the entrance. There was an issue with water leaking into the apartment below which caused some minor inconvenience, but it was nobody’s fault (an old pipe leaking) and handled as well as could be expected.

Luxurious and Roomy with a Very Attentive and Cordial Host

The apartment is huge, well-appointed and in a very quiet, residential neighborhood in the 16th arrondisement, with an excellent Boulangerie on every corner, so that the time we spent planning meals each day was, effectively, zero. There is a very good Indian Restaurant called New Jawad one street over. Jean Pierre Sany is a very attentive and accommodating host. He supplied us with a high chair, as we expected our 18 month old grandchild to join us. We had a surprise alert sound in the middle of the night ( undoubtedly caused by some sort of short-circuit in the building) and Jean Pierre was perfectly happy to address the situation and resolve it in the middle of the night. He made us feel like very welcome family as opposed to paying guests. We would love to stay at this property again!

Great communication by owner....,

Had to cancel due to the virus. Great communication and flexibility on date with owner before and up to cancellation. Owner was responsive to questions before booking and after as the virus issues started to increase. While we never made it to the property, looking forward to doing so as soon as possible!
