The property is extremely old, for 2 days the A/C didn’t work when it was 100 degrees outside, the hallways are very smelly and there’s no ventilation at all..very dirty and smelly Hôtel.. need to be remodeled

To avoid disappointment, it is advisable to avoid this hotel if efficient service is a priority. Requests for extra towels, toilet paper, or other amenities may not receive a prompt response, as the staff appears to be indifferent. The hotel's proximity to the Eiffel Tower is its sole redeeming quality. The front desk staff is erratic, with Lilion being the only consistent exception, delivering outstanding service. A restaurant employee is also commendable for their friendly demeanor. However, the remaining staff, including the main door attendants, fail to provide a welcoming atmosphere, seemingly engaging in guest profiling and overt discrimination. As seasoned travelers, we were disappointed by the lack of service. Our first experience with a Pullman property was underwhelming, and I regret not choosing a different hotel, such as the FS, instead of trying to save money. The housekeeping service was particularly disappointing, as our room was left unattended despite requesting cleaning and informing the front desk staff, including Anthony. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel to avoid a disappointing vacation. The Eiffel Tower view is not worth the subpar service, and the balcony ceiling was dirty and damaged. I will not be returning to this Pullman hotel.

Awesome view of the Eiffel Tower, great access to public transport, taxis lined up outside ready to go too. Great central location. Room well maintained and clean, plenty of elevators, fantastic buffet breakfast options. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. Close enough to the Seine but one street back away from the traffic and pedestrians so nice and quiet.
