Can not beat a location like this. Bus and Metro (Gaité, line 13) are literally on your doorstep. Gazillion of restaurants and cafés around you, no mentioning Gare Montparnasse a stone through away from the Hotel. Could not hope for better location. The hotel is clean and quiet, super friendly staff, and the rooms are modern, cozy, and chic. Do not hesitate to select this hotel for your Parisian trips, great value.

Great hotel
Posted Jan. 20, 2024 on HotelsGreat location. Very good service. The bed is comfy. The room is very quiet. There is a coffee maker and a fridge in the room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
Breakfast is very good for me even though I’ve read reviews where people said it didn’t have much offerings. There is always free fresh lemon water or similar fruit infused water in the lobby, very convenient when you just arrive and are thirsty from the journey. When I left the hotel to catch an early flight they offered me free warm croissant for the road. It was a very nice touch.
The location is very convenient, right next to the metro station for M13. There are many restaurants just steps away. The bakery at the corner (Paris Bakery and Co Gaite) is very good. Try the “traditional baguette”.

Terrible 4* Stay
Posted Dec. 15, 2023 on HotelsWe had booked this hotel after reading many great reviews on the breakfast and the rooms. We landed at 2 am and when we got there our rooms were not ready. We had to wait for an hour or so for check in. The rooms have this stale stench and the bathroom is moldy and the shower leaks. RUDE staff and breakfast was a waste of money. Food was never refilled and we often went hungry at breakfast with little to no options available. Lou was the only helpful person in management.

Not sure if it’s worth what we paid for, but overall good hotel.
The thing that was an issue, the air conditioning
The system was on all time, but barely cold feel the cold air. We could not adjust the thermostat
We stayed in October, so not very hot temperatures
