Stunning. No reason to stay elsewhere.

Beautifully appointed, fully furnished with all the essentials and so much more. Kitchen had everything you could want or need. One of the nicest VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, lavish bath accessories, you couldn't ask for more. Excellent wifi. Certainly hope to return.

This was the most elegant place I have ever stayed. So accommodating and right next to great shopping, art, and espresso. I don’t know if we will get the chance to go back but the worries of this trip with my teen daughter will last forever.

All I expected .... and more.

You could not beat the location...we parked the car and walked everywhere. The apartment is bright and beautifully appointed. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Linens were top notch. Loved the kitchen - had all we needed to prepare meals. Grocery store less than a five minute walk away had beautiful fresh greens, tomatoes and any cheese we could want. I'm sure we would have taken more advantage of the terrace if the weather was warmer, but we loved coming in the winter and felt that we were among only a handful of tourists. Easy to get reservations to any place we desired. The owner left a list of recommended restaurants. The best of Parma clothes shopping is very close.

Wonderful apartment in Parma!

We loved Tre Torri apartment in the heart of Parma. Great central location, less than 10 minutes walk to everything, including Stazione. Co-host Piera was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Immaculate, lovely furnishings, spacious, great kitchen fully equipped, master bedroom & bath perfect. Ideal for a couple. Second bedroom is smaller, 2nd bathroom is nice but fyi it does not have its own shower or tub. Complete wraparound balcony for outdoor seating and views of the three towers. Very quiet, secure and safe. Lift to 5th floor excellent. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay in Parma

This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. The supermarket is a block and a half away.

Perfect location

Great location. Easy 8 minute walk from train station and you are in the middle of the old city. Wonderful balcony, very roomy, felt like a local! Parma exceeded my expectations. Hope to return.

Large, gorgeous flat in a fantastic location.

We loved this apartment, which is located in a great location, near everything in the city center. It was a short walk from the train station, which made travel to and from the apartment a breeze. With two large beds and 2 baths, it was perfect for two couples. The balcony that wrapped around two sides of the apartment (from which we listened to the bells on Easter morning and people-watching) was a unexpected delight. The amenities, location and overall experience would have rated this a solid 5+ stars in every way, except for one event. The night before we left, the manager texted that we needed to be out of the apartment two hours before the checkout time stated online. When we asked why we were not allowed to stay until noon, as the listing indicated, she replied, "To be able to enter at 2pm you need to do the cleaning for at least 4 hours before.. there is a mistake on the VRBO site. i will change it." We had made train reservations based on the check-out information on the site, so this was an unwelcome surprise, as we had intended to pack and relax before the train. Ultimately, we agreed that we would leave our bags in the apartment and roam the city while they cleaned, to which we received a curt, "Ok" in response. (Thirteen days after check-out, the listing still indicates the original 12 pm check out time, so she hasn't changed it.) The flat has everything you want in an Parma VRBO, but the last-minute change in check out times marred our experience. If you rent the flat, be sure to clarify the check-in and check-out details.

Beautiful apartment

Conveniently located apartment close enough to the train not to need additional transportation and very walkable to all that you want to see in Parma (we like to walk). We had a lovely stay and very much enjoyed having a comfortable, relaxing, charming, and roomy spot to come back to each night. Parma was charming and the food was wonderful. Exactly what we wanted!

A wonderful place in Parma

This property is a wonderful centrally located place to stay. Walking distance to everything! Piera was a superb host, attentive and accessible. Even after we left she helped us with questions we had. The apartment is lovely. The balcony a wonderful place to have a glass of wine or coffee or just to relax. This was the most stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was nice to arrive and not have to rush out to get coffee or tea. On the kitchen counter a big tray contained everything including jams and toast packets. The cabinets stocked with many spices, condiments, pots/pans, blenders etc. The bathrooms stocked with tooth brushes, face wipes, shampoo and soaps. Truly a magnificent vacation spot! Be sure to take a tour by Angelo (Food and Wine tours) to the Parmesan cheese factory and prosciutto factory! 5 stars!!

Can not praise this beautiful property and host enough. The penthouse apartment is just lovely. We enjoyed the view from the patio morning and evening. The host was a joy to work with and incredibly supportive. Spacious with lovely decor. Very highly recommended.

Lovely place in the centre of Parma, great communication, 20Euros a day to park your car in a garage next door kept my mind at ease. My tips would be to install another shower in the other bathroom and a larger shower in the main bathroom, and install shower pumps as the water pressure was quite weak.

This was the perfect place. It is georgous and right in the center of everything, which can be seen from the balcony. Vittorio is an amazing host. He ensured we were comfortable and gave wonderful good recommendations.
