4 Mature Welsh Rugby Supporters.
Posted Jan. 16, 2024 on HotelsWe were 4 mature Welsh Rugby supporters staying for 3 nights in Parma for the rugby match. We checked in late, at 9.00pm, the reception person was very helpful in sorting the check-in and telling us where the best places for meals in the city centre. Nothing was a bother the whole stay. The room was spotless and very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was very good with everything you need. You can have unlimited amount of drinks and food. Will definitely stay here again.

The AC was turned off for the season too early and the room was hot and we were bothered by the noise and mosquitoes from the open window we were forced to leave open.

Untrained staff in restaurant!

Staff appeared to be inexperienced not trained properly- wait was too long for ordering cocktails and getting them after our meal was served!
