The hotel staff from reception to wait staff in the dining area were exceptional. They made us feel like their family and their personalities went well beyond just a waiter’s service. Our trip plans were disrupted by bad weather and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. They helped making a bad situation into a memorable one.
